First the service rep: was very helpful, professional and took the time to show me how zerorez works. My carpets look and smell wonderful,as a Real Estate Broker I am always looking for companies to clean carpets,I will stop looking and now only use Zerorez.

Our carpet was a disaster I really did not think that your company would be able to get some of the stains out. Your representative arrived on time and assured me that he could bring our carpet back to like new condition. He said that since this was a very high quality carpet he should have no problem. He said he was going to pre-treat the bad areas with a product made from Orange pellets, which he did, just a light spray. He then started to clean, my mouth dropped when the one area I thought was going to be a problem was gone. He continued to clean and in about 2 hours he was done cleaning all the carpets in the house. He made sure that any item that he moved had material under it so we could go back to normal as soon as he was gone. He was very professional, well versed in the product and a very well mannered young man. I will recommend your services to all our friends. My wife asked him for several business cards which he gladly gave her. Our choice to use your services was a resounding success. Great Job

not sure if the tech. pre treated/ pre spotted stains. also i thought it was interesting that he did not remove his shoes and was walking on the rugs that needed to be cleaned while wearing tennis shoes. We also indicated wood floors underneath the area rugs. was told when i made the appointment that the tech. would place a cloth underneath the rugs to protect the wood floor. when the tech showed up he had no idea he was supposed to perform this step and he had to go back to the office to get some plastic film to place under the rugs.
I thought the service was good and provided in a professional manner.
The person who did the carpet was on time very courteous and moved anything I said. It just seems that the carpet came out a little dull.

I was told AFTER my carpets were cleaned that I would be charged an extra $30.00 because my game room was larger than the area limit. Also, although the carpet feels soft and clean, it does not look it- my high traffic areas still look dirty. For the price I paid I feel the carpet should look better than it does.
Carpet was much cleaner than previous other services. The Technician was extremely polite and conscientious and having pets, I really like that there are no chemicals being used.

Clean clean carpets with no smell! Great workmanship and caring!
The guy who came over was excellent. But the best thing about your service is that it works amazingly well. And it has no smell! I'm extremely happy. The only thing I would recommend is that you give people a more honest estimate of how long it takes to dry. For my low-pile carpet, it took about two days to fully dry. I have no problem at all with that--I knew it wouldn't be dry in the 5-7 hours that you estimated. I think you should tell people it'll be dry in 10-48 hours, depending on the type of carpet.
