Just looks so clean and I know without the soap it is!
How clean & non toxic it is. Service tech, Diego, got spot out, was very thorough, very polite, very careful of floors, furniture, etc.
Technician was friendly and efficient. I have used Zerorez several time now to clean my carpet and it always comes out looking great. I believe that it stays cleaner longer than with the other services I have used. Zerorez will always be my first choice to clean the carpet in my home.

I love the very clean way they are left, and the fact they don't feel like chemicals are left behind.
The carpets are always so fluffy after the cleaning and the cleaning really lasts.....Tom the Technician you sent was great too....he did a great job.....I have always recommended Zerorez to my friends and family.....thanks for a great job again.....Name removed
It was excellent cleaning and the men doing the work were extrememly polite and did it all with extreme care. They even used a wall protecter for the cords going around the corners.
I am so pleased with the work, I would recommend them to anyone needed clean carpets!

The technician was excellent. The customer service telephone info needs improving. When I first called for an appt they gave me a four hour window of 12 noon to 4pm which is fine. Two days prior to the service when they called to confirm someone said they should be there right around noon. They did not show up until 2. They should not quote a time unless there is no room for error.
I have small grandchildren and a dog with allergies so like the fact that you use nothing but water. One of the rooms had some dog accidents and was pretty dirty but Livingston worked on it until the light beige carpet looked light beige again. It was well worth the extra "pet accident" fee. I thought I would have to replace the carpet. My daughter has booked an appointment with Livingston for next month since he did such a great job at Grandma's house. Thank you Livingston and Zerorez!
Carpets look like new!
It looks and feels clean. No chemical or harsh fragrances. No sticky surfaces. Just clean carpeting and tile floors. Very helpful and professional representative. Appreciated the sale special pricing.

No chemicals
I had many pet urine stains when I bought the house. Zerorez was the only cleaner that was able to get them out. The carpets are beautiful every time, and the works are always polite and thorough.
The broadloom was a bit crunchy . Not sure if that's residue or soap or too much water. Otherwise, fine.
the face of your company (the guy doing the work) was quick, efficient, told me just what/why he was doing what he was doing, no surprises about any of the costs, service was done when it was scheduled, started on time -- i have listened to bill handel for years commenting about your service to his "persian palace" and nothing he says on your commercials are over-stated! yes, i will recommend zerorez to any of my friends!
Amazingly clean and no chemicals. If Zerorez can do such an excellent job in cleaning carpet - just think what they could do with their other cleaning services . . . and I am! From tile to furniture to air duct cleaning.
The job is professonally done and the technician takes care with our possessions.
