The service is always friendly and professional. I also like that no harsh chemicals are used and carpet isn't sopping wet afterwards. It also dries within a few hours (some areas may take longer if no sun hits that area..like my stairs). I would recommend everyone to use Zerorez instead of renting machines at grocery stores.
The carpets look new. The technician arrived on time, took time to explain what he was going to do,and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend the company. I feel that this is the best company that I have had cleaned our carpets and they will be the only ones to clean them in the future.
Dennis did an excellent job; he even managed to erase the burn marks in front of the fireplace.
You get the dirtiest carpets clean and they stay looking clean for years, stains do not come back months later.

The little foam blocks to hold my furniture off the carpet while it dried were really cool and a nice touch.

Extremely clean
I like that I don't have to worry about my kids or animals being on the carpets after they have been cleaned. Also, I've used many other carpet cleaning services and the stains stay away the longest when I use Zerorez!
We have a 20 yr old beige carpet! Many trails on it. Zerorez exceeded our expectations for the cleaning and treatment they provided. I won't say it looks brand new.....it could not be....but it is very very clean and fresh now. Friendly service.

Carpets always look immaculate after zerorez cleaning. This is second cleaning with zerorez. Josh, the carpet tech, was courteous and helpful. Work is professional and careful. Drop cloths are placed and bumpers are put around all the corners to protect the walls from the long tubing that runs from zerorez truck. Carpets are fairly dry after treatment and were almost all the way dry by the time the family came home from work/school, with ceiling fans on and windows open. I would highly recommend. The cleaning last week has given my carpets a new lease on life - at least for the time being.

Clean, fresh carpet after cleaning
It really works! Spots do not come back and carpets stay clean longer. Also like that technicians are always on time and take care protect floors, baseboard and belongings. They present a very positive image for the company.

We have used your service many times and couldn't be more pleased with the way the carpets come out. Our 16 year old carpet looks new every time we have it cleaned. Robert was very professional. I was, however, disappointed in a couple of areas. We had an appointment window of 2-4PM Shortly after 4PM I attempted to reach the office but because our appointment was on Presidents day I could not reach anyone. Robert called at 4:30 to let us know he would be late. He arrived at 5:30 which was too late for us to do all the work we wanted done on this appointment. Also, the truck leaked a good amount of oil on our concrete drive which I am still trying to remove.

I love your company, I have never had such great service from any other carpet company, I trust all of you staff I really would not have a problem leaving my home for them to do there work. That is alot to say for a company, Dennis was great, I have and always will recommend you to everyone I know...Thank you so much for your service.

prices are TO HIGH for us older seniors on a fixed income...I would reccomend your company because they were quick and through and courteous...but my friends cannot afford your service...
They did a great job. I can't believe how clean they got my carpet. They were very friendly I would use them again.
