Although our stairs came out well, the fibers were crispy afterwards rather than soft. The three oriental carpets that we had done were also crispy and stiff, and the discolorations did not come out as they have with traditional rug cleaners. I feel like I need to go back and spot clean.
You live up to the advertising and your workers are very professional.
Technician was on time and did a fantastic job.
I had to wait 2 weeks for their service. Large spots that had been in the carpet for years came out. I didn't have many problems, and the only reason, in spite of concerns for my asthma, after a grandchild vomited in 2 rooms, I had to call for the service. The air from the cleaning did bother me and on the day of service so I had to leave the house, and my asthma is not that bad. The asthma problems have continued. I wanted to have my bedroom cleaned, but thought I'd wait to see how I did because I didn't know if I could sleep in the damp room. It took 3 days to dry.
But my complaint is because some rust-looking spots have appeared in places that did not previously have any spots. These are not in travel paths. I keep rugs on the rugs to protect against dirt since I didn't want to have to clean the carpets. Also, the carpet seems very stiff as though it had been cleaned with chemicals. I have only had my carpet cleaned one other time since 1997 because of concerns with asthma, but when you said only water was used, though I knew the moisture would be a problem, I thought it was the best of the worst options. I did not have many spot problems; it just needed to be cleaned because of age. The cleaning after the chemical method did leave the carpet looking smooth and better and did not feel stiff.
Was going to call them to come back to finish the rest of the house. Now, with the appearance of the spots, I doubt I will.
So the company did come out and applied some spot remover to the areas of my concern. It did not completely take out the spots so I have continually applied the cleaner to those spots, and it's hard for me to get down on the ground to do this. Now I see that I have more of those brown spots in another place in the same room. The other rooms seem to be ok, but I haven't really totally gotten down and examined the carpets in those rooms. I can't see that I could comfortably recommend this company to my friends.

Professional, fast easy... very accommadating to my needs. I was going to have chemotherapy and my son was coming home from camp. I needed my carpets to be cleaned in a hurry withouy harsh chemicals. The professional who came to my home was professional neat, and kind.

Carpets and tile floors cleaned beautifully.
Overall we were very happy. Our carpets look great! The entire cleaning process took longer than I expected and they also took about 2-3 days to completely dry. Those are not complaints they are just a thing to know ahead of time to be better prepared. Diego did a great job and was very professional.
No chemicals and the successful stain lifting! I have a 20 month old son so I don't worry about harmful ingredients.

Once I found Zerorez I've never used anyone else. The product is amazing. Every bit of grime is gone...and STAYS gone! I love that you also do so much more than just carpet. My carpeting and upholstery were super clean and fresh after the Zerorez treatment. The technician was very courteous and thorough in dealing with accumulated sand in the carpeting as I live at the beach. The carpets turned yellow in spots and when I requested them come back out on my schedule, the person who answered the phone was not very helpful in getting someone out on a timely fashion. I requested sometime around 4:30pm early in the week as I am having guests for the weekend and I am home from work by then. They suggested 9:00am tomorrow or not until November 5th (my brother's wedding) which I accepted unhappily (I can't take any more time off from work). She said they do not send technicians out at that hour even though it would probably only take 1/2 hour to fix the problem. I felt that they really didn't care about pleasing the customer. I was very upset when I got off the phone with Zerorez.
