the jury is still out, i had you do my carpet 6 months ago and it was not good , i thought i would try it a second time and its too early to tell. i will know the answer in a couple of weeks.

THe process seems to have removed spots that had been in carpet for quite some time. I'll be checking to see if they return after a while as that happened with a previous cleaning. I was satisfied with the care the serviceman took & the instructions he gave about drying time.

The carpet looks much better than last time. Justin did a great job. The Zerorez person who cleaned our home last year was not nearly as good or friendly. "Who" cleans the carpets is as important, maybe even more, than the process. Carpets look great again.
