I like the fact that there are no chemicals used. My carpet always looks brand new when its done being cleaned.

The technician was able to remove stains from my carpet that I never thought would come out. In addition, the technician was very successful in explaining his actions as her went along. My carpet came out like new.

The fellow did a very good job, however, there was residue the next morning in the bedroom. I'm in the process of trying to get rid of it by useing my zerorez Spot Removal System. I'm having to repeat the process many times. The other two areas look great.
The cleaning lasts longer and the spots do not reappear like some of the other companies cleaning methods

My carpet was cleaned on 3/23, and there are white spots all over the hallway. I called Saturday to complain and had to leave a message. Nobody called me back so I called in about 9:30am on Monday morning and talked with a gentleman and explained my situation. We scheduled the re-clean for Friday 3/30 between 10-11am. Unfortunately whoever scheduled in on Monday screwed up and we are not on the schedule. My new appt is next Thursday. So two weeks afer screwing up my carpet maybe it will be fixed. I do not feel like anyone is trying to help me. Actually I will NEVER refer again. I am sure nobody cares but I had spoken very highly of your company before this and had referred several people. I am in the property management industry and will be sure to caution people before using your company. The customer service sucks.
