Zerorez is a first class operation. The call center to schedule an appointment is a 10, my technician, Dennis Kennedy is rated well over a 10 in being prompt, courtious, and very professional. I had a love seat and sofa cleaned this time and my carpets done the last time Zerorez was at my home. They are all just like brand new. I would NOT use any other company to clean my furniture or carpets. My tile and grout is next!!!! Many kudo's to Zerorez.

I am comfortable with the environmental impact of the product and First name removed, the technician, was great - he explained everything he was going to do and gave me some great advise for future carpet care.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets now three times. The first time was GREAT, the second time there was a problem getting out some stains by the bed (this was done just before Thanksgiving), otherwise it looked good. This time, I just don't think for the price and only 6 months later that the traffic areas got as clean as they should be. I have no pets and I am the only person living there.

I like the method Zerorez uses to clean the carpets. I have used your carpet cleaning method three times and I have been very pleased that my carpet looks wonderful. The carpet looks great and feels soft and fresh to my feet. The carpet is still damp so I'm not able to put items back on the carpet. I don't remember the carpet taking this long to dry the last time the carpet was cleaned. I like your Call Center. They are eager to assist with questions or issues in a timely manner. The technicians arrive professionally dressed and they speak English. Zerores is the only carpet cleaning service I use!

Paul Scianni was prompt and professional. Our carpets look good and they were very very dirty. We had ignored them thinking they were going to be replaced. But we need to keep them for another 2 or 3 years. It is wonderful to have clean carpets again. We will call on you when we need your services. It may be for cleaning our floor tile next time. I set the appointment quickly and I had to have the technican out by 8am so I could get off to work. Brett called at 7:50 am to let me he was 10 minutes away. He got there at 8 am and the job was complete by 9:30am. The carpet looked great and Brett was so nice and informative.I plan to have my furniture cleaned in August and I will call your company.

There was a mix up with the start time and we had already organized our day. I tried to call the office and there was no way to reach anyone, whichis not a greatbusiness strategy with no phonenumber for Saturday service. Moreover, the Service Tech DID NOT call us to let us know that he was on his way, whichis what we were told would be the case. Two days prior when Zerorez called us to confirm the appoiontment, the person told me that we were the FIRST house on the docket and the time would be closer to 8 a.m. and not 10 o' clock! It was extremely frustrating and not a good beginning. I also sent emails and in fact sent another one yesterday.

Brett, the Service Tech was very nice and did a FANTASTIC job but the overall experience was not a positive one because of how things started out in the morning. Also, the truck knocked a huge branch off of a city tree planted in the fron t of our house, which my husband says he will take of instead of calling the city.

If I were to use Zerorez again I would ask for Brett because he did an excellent job on the carpets but because signals were so crossed, it was a very uncomfortable start. He said that he had been on another job before us and that made me feel that somewhere, somehow there was something amiss with communication.

I was very satisfiend with the cleaning. My slight hesitation in referring your company is because the technician left a noticable knick my bed baseboard. I've called and left a message for your office to call me tomorrow to discuss a repair.
