I am totally impressed with how clean my rugs look! It wasn't like the other companies where the spots came back a few days later. I have recommended your company to two people already. Thanks Zerorez, I am a happy camper!!!
Prompt proffessionalism and attitude of employees.
Your technician was good. Probably did what he was trained to do. I was very surprised by how wet the carpets were. I had the heat on for 3 hours and then let the furnace fan blow for another 6 hours. Some parts of the carpet were still damp 24 hours later. Your tech did not move the bed to do under it nor did he move and empty dresser to do under that. Neither the bed or dresser were heavy. I think that if you say you will do a bedroom it means under the furniture too. I was charged $300.00 for 5 areas and the top of the cushions on a sofa. It took your tech only an hour and a half to do this. Next time I will go with a cheaper steam cleaning company. Appreciate the feedback request. First name removed

Offer to move the furniture, my wife was home alone and had moved most of the furniture but a couple of the couches are to heavy for her move and the guy from Zerorez did not even offer to help move them. A little better customer service would go a long way.

With the products you use there is no left over residue. My carpets are exceptionally clean and they stay clean a lot longer.

I like the chemical-free process and how good my carpets look after cleaning!
Don't need to fix but I was a bit disapointed with how the corners were left less clean than the areas where your cleaning device could more completely access. I had to go back and clean the corner areas by hand after your rep. left. I also thought he could have been a bit more careful in tracking water from shoes and hoses through the house.
That it is effective without chemicals. Our technician Keith did a food job.

The service man came on time, was very polite, courteous, helpful, and did more than we expected; good value for the money; the carpets were cleaned thoroughly, and we know we made the right choice.

I love the fact Zerorez does not use soap or detergent and the result is a much clearner and softer carpet that looks and feels clean for a longer period of time. Also the many added services for house hold needs are very convenient and important. I feel the pricing is a bit highter than most companies but the results are better than most companies. My only complaint would be the lack of customer service flexibilities and the length of time to receive a call back. If i was not so happy with the results, i would not have continue to use Zerorez.
The process really worked on taking out the smell of dog urine in my brand new couch. It was awesome.

He did a very good job. I am in the carpet industry and have always use the Host
Carpet Cleaning Method before, but will be happy to change to your product and
recommend it whenever possible.

The technician came when he said he would. He called first to narrow the time window. The carpet came out beautifully, dried quickly and felt like new. The only reason I'm not rating it 10 is that I had some other things I wanted done and somebody was supposed to call me back to schedule another visit. Nobody called. The technician said he had problems with his truck and was running late so he couldn't do what was not on the work order. It's my fault for not asking that those things be added when I schduled the carpet to be cleaned. However, if he said somebody would call they should follow through. Now, instead of paying Zerorez, I'm going to clean the area rugs and upholstery myself. Possibly it's not cost-efficient to come out for just a couple of chairs and two small area rugs. I'll definitely call Zerorez again, because I think the carpet looks like new and there's no chemical residue to worry about.
The carpets seem to be be pretty clean. The negative is the technician wanted more money than the Bill Handell special.
