Service tech was in time. Even tacked down some carpet that was shrunk by another carpet cleaning company. Already referred your company to friends. Never use one of those coupon cleaners again

Paul The Tech was very professional and even pre-treated certain spots that I had, unfortunately It's been two weeks- and Surprise, the spots are coming back! I assumed that it would stay clean a few months longer. I was happy, however my happiness was short-lived because stains came back. I've spent too much money!!!

The cleaning process is remarkable, all that soap other cleaning companies left behind was removed. Thanks for the fast service. The carpet looks and feels like new.
It's only been one day since my cleaning, but the "stains" are gone. Paul was thurough, polite, and fast! He gave me booties to wear, which allowed me to travel over the newly cleaned areas before I left for several hours to allow the carpet to dry.

It's been 36 hours and my carpets are still wet. The red colored children's tylenol stain didn't come out.
The techs were great. Really did a great job and were probably best we have had. All the others were good, but Brett and Keith did a job above our expectations.
I have called twice because the carpet was straight. Fiirst no call back. next day called again talked to Roxann she would call back. Still no call back. If this is the type of service when there is a problem I will not recommend you and tell the person who recommended I try you to forget using you.

I've called on Zerorez twice to clean the carpets in my first new place and it's the ONLY service I will ever use. The service is effecient, professional, and dependable. And while the prices are competitive with 'the other guys', the results are simply remarkable! Carpets are left fresh, soft and beautifully clean.
The Zerorez process and service representatives were careful with moving the furniture and the the process left our home fresh and noticable cleaner than prevoius cleaning methods.
