didn't tell me upfront that there were extra charges.
The pricing was a little high. The tech basically asked for a tip. The drying period took a very long time. All the pet hair wasnt removed from the couch. The couch was not as clean as expected for the price. Two room a hallway and eleven feet of couch was $410.
I had some doggie spots that were about 9" across and the technician saturated the area and now they spots are DARKER and about 18 - 24" across. I will probably have to go and clean them myself again and hopefully get them lighter again as before. Some areas were better, but the damage that occurred is much more noticeable. So after spending $250.00 extra for the clean up in these areas, they are much worse. All in all I did not feel that the service was worth the $500.00 spent. The technician was very nice, however.

How clean and fresh everything is.
I did not think my carpeting was very dirty.....until you cleaned it ! Everything looks & smells so bright & clean. The area rugs have a new life.Thank You....

I like how fast it dries and how great it looks!
The carpet still has alot of spots. If you want to schedule someone to meet me on site to take a look, I would be happy to do it, but at this point, I would never use zerorez again, as we have had this carpet cleaned by other people in the past and they have done a far better job.

The treatment leaves the carpet clean and soft. The stains are gone and the house smells fresh.

Once the carpet was dry, there was not that same sticky residue that I noticed after my previous carpet cleaning (done by a traditional carpet cleaner).
They get the carpet clean and feeling good again.
I feel like the carpet was not cleaned as well as it could be. I believe I was over charged an paid a ridiculous amount of money although I'm a returning customer. The carpet smelled after. The carpet did not come clean. I am very disappointed in the recent experience with Zerorez.
I liked the fact the solution used did not lelave my carpet soaking wet, like others. The price was right and included pre spot an they removed stains in carpet that others said they could not remove. They did an excellent job on stairs.

Tom was excellent. He called to say he was on his way then did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He also cleaned my husbands favorite chair and it came out great, now we don't need to replace it! We love zerorez in that there are not soapy residue and the carpets are not soaking wet - all dry in a few hours time.

The spot that caused me to call you out in the first place is still present but the tech felt that he could get it out. I am hopeful that you are willing to have him try again. The spot is improved but not gone.
