How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told AFTER my carpets were cleaned that I would be charged an extra $30.00 because my game room was larger than the area limit. Also, although the carpet feels soft and clean, it does not look it- my high traffic areas still look dirty. For the price I paid I feel the carpet should look better than it does.

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet was much cleaner than previous other services. The Technician was extremely polite and conscientious and having pets, I really like that there are no chemicals being used.

The service is professional and friendly. The product is a good solution, however I would like it if the dry time is accurately stated as 6-9 hours in the winter, and 4-6 hours in the summer, not 4-6 year round.

I had a serious soilng problem from a sick pet and the products worked beautifully while the days passed until I could be scheduled for the completle cleaning.

The service was great. Our carpets look and feel so much better than any of the services we have used in the past. The person who came to our home was professional, and very careful about cleaning around the furniture that we were not able to move out of the rooms way prior to his arrival. We will definately be calling Zerorez for our next cleaning. Thank you!

What could we do to improve?

We were under the impression that the furniture would be moved to clean underneath. Some furniture was not moved so when we decided to rearrange the furniture a couple of dirty spots have been revealed. We were impressed at the removal of filth from the carpet since the previous owners never cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your techncians came, cleaned my carpet, and were ready to leave in a little over an hour. They were efficient and were careful of my funiture. The charges were what was quoted to me over the telephone with no additional fees. My carpets looked wonderful and felt clean & dried quickly. I have already recommended your company to my friends and family. When I need my carpets cleaned again I will call zerorez!!

Your technician showed up on time, smelled good (to borrow a phrase), was very kind, efficient, thorough. Did a fabulous job. He called on his way to my home to let me know his arrival time -- very helpful. I'd use it again in a heart beat!

The servicemen that came to clean our carpets were very knowledgeable and efficient. Job well done! Our carpets were dry by the next evening. It is now a week later and the carpets in all of our rooms look great.
