I have used Zero Rez for nine years and have alway recommended your services to my friends and family AND clients. I am throughly convinced that it is the only/BEST way to clean carpets AND upholstery. This is the first time that I have had an unsatisfactory result and I think it might be the fault of the shelter dog that I have saved from euthanasia.
I think her need to establish (mark her territory) a place in her new home has made the cleaning more difficult. Also I have a mirrored Jewelry cabinet in the corner of one of the rooms cleaned and Diego must have hit it with the cleaning wand and cracked the very bottom mirror just above the mirrored legs. I will send photo of both the rug result and the cracked mirror so you can see what I am referring to. This does not in any way lessen my belief and support in the Zero Rez Method of cleaning. I still believe it is the best.
I would appreciate it if Diego could go over the one affected place one more time if he is in the neighborhood, I gave him a $60.00 tip and I will do it again if we can scrub it one more time.

Josh was terrific. He called to confirm his arrival time (within the two hour projected time) and went through the whole job to confirm our problem areas and needs. He took extra precautions to avoid damage to our walls & corners. And the job was done in a timely and efficient manner with great results. We couldn't be happier. Surfaces? I don't understand your question. Do you mean "carpet services?"
They feel and look new. I feel comfortable that the bathroom floors and shower are cleaned and I don't have the thought of not wanting to go in there barefoot. I couldn't believe how much dirt, etc. came out of the carpets and bathrooms. Ricky was very gracious about explaining everything to me and I would certainly welcome him back to do more work. Thank you very much.
There is not the "crusty" residue that most cleaners leave behind.

We have Zerorez clean our carpets once a year for almost as long as the company has been in existence. It's absolutely the safest most effective process ever. The man who cleaned our carpet on Monday did an extra- exceptional job, especially on our stairs which were dirtier than usual.

There was absolutely no residue after it totally dried and some nasty hair grease was totally removed making the chair look beautiful again.
THE CARPET WAS ORIGINALLY VERY STAINED & DIRTY. THE PROCESS CLEANED AND DEODORIZED THE CARPETS UNTIL THEY LOOKED NEW. FRIENDS COMPLIMENTED HOW GOOD THE CARPET LOOKED. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE THE CLEANING AND THE STAINS HAVE NOT REAPPEARED.
We have used you three times now and continue to be very impressed with your considerate handling of all three transactions. We had Robert twice and were completely impressed and satisfied with his commitment to doing a thorough, wonderful job, and with the resulting clean, quickly dry carpets - our carpets truly looked new and stayed nice much longer with no residue feel on our feet or when I vaccum. Once Robert was delayed and called me in plenty of time to let me know and give me an accurate estimate of when he would be at our home. You guys are great, and I tell everyone that. Thank you.

A "clean" clean.
It cleans extremely well, smells fresh, and makes carpet that looks unrecoverable look almost like new again!
