I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpets for the past three years and have always been pleased with the outcome. I only learned last year that I can request a specific technician which I will do in the future. Robert is an excellent representative for your company. He's extremely thorough and takes great care not to damage door moldings and railings in my home. I appreciate his friendliness.

Stays clean longer than other cleaning methods
I moved into a home and the carpets were filthy from pets and neglect. Knowing that I'm living witn carpets that have been deep cleaned and pet bacterial removed I can invite my grandchilden over and not worry about them getting sick.

What I like is your congenial and knowledgable cleaners that do what they can to make sure that there is a clean carpet at a fair price.
One of the most important benefits to me is that the cleaning done is deeper and certainly longer lasting than the cleanings I've had done in the past with other technologies.
Friendly service and knowledgeable staff with the main benefit being that the carpets are cleaned without chemicals or soap which often attract dirt back to the carpet.
The young man did an excellent job, and was professional and courteous. The price is quite reasonable. Thank you!
