first of all, your technician Larry Sanders was a fantastic representative for your company.He was very courteous and honest with his answers.

I am a little concerned that some of the spots are starting to come back already.It may be that the spots are going to come back regardless because he worked extremely hard trying to clean the spots. It may take a little while longer for them to dissapate.
Regardless, I hope it works out, and you still will get a good referrel from me!!

I have only used Zerorez since I installed my carpet approx. 6 years ago. I find your call center extremely efficient and responsive. Your service technicians are always Polite, knowledgeable, Prompt and helpful with specific 'stains or issues'. I was, as always, completely satisfied with the results and my carpet continues to look exceptionally good even though it is 6 yrs old. I will continue to use Zerorez indefinitely.

My carpets have never looked cleaner. My tile in the kitchen looks like it did when we put it in 14 years ago, especially the grout. I am impressed and sold on Zerorez. Keith (technician) was pleasant and very helpful.
