I had many pet urine stains when I bought the house. Zerorez was the only cleaner that was able to get them out. The carpets are beautiful every time, and the works are always polite and thorough.

The broadloom was a bit crunchy . Not sure if that's residue or soap or too much water. Otherwise, fine.

I love how professional your employees are and how they treat my home. I love how quickly my carpets are cleaned, leaving my 12 year old carpets looking like new and I especially like the fact that the carpets dry so quickly. I've been using zerorez for many years now and wouldn't think of using another company. The fact that they're green is the icing on my cake!

We really like the final result of the Zerorez process, but the last two times we had it done we've had to call back your company because of stains that were created that were never there before the work. If I had to guess what the problem was I'd say it was the dirty water draining back on to our carpet once the job was finished. We've called to report the problem and have someone is coming out to take care of it next Wednesday. Sloppy work...but not giving up on your company.

Very impressed with Justin and his thorough and honest assessment of my carpet. I had another company clean it twice recently making the problem worse the 2nd time around! I was near tears! I was ready to rip out the carpet and spend thousands of dollars! Justin really spent a long time getting out the soap residue and working on the spots. It looks great!
