It was very easy to set up an appointment. I was reminded about the appointment and time window. The technician arrived exactly on time at the beginning of the window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Everything was great.

Always prompt, friendly service. The process gets the staining out that steam cleaning does not, and drys much faster. Residue does not come back, as it does with steam cleaning.

Get it clean the first time. Had to have them come back. The carpet Tech guy was very proffesional. Took care of the problem.

We were not happy with the way our chairs looked after cleaning. The chairs are maybe 5 years old but have never been cleaned before. You are coming out to look at them on July 9th.

The whole process was pleasant from the first contact. I was able to get an appt for the day I wanted with a 2 hour timeframe rather than a 4 hour timeframe. I got a call from the technician while he was on his way to our house . We were very impressed with his work and focus on getting the carpet clean. He took his time and the end result was the cleanest carpet we have EVER experienced in previous cleanings. We were extremely impressed and have already recommended Zerorez to several friends. I will most definitely return the next time we are due for carpet cleaning and will continue to recommend this very professional, friendly company.

Scheduling an appointment for my cleaning services was easy - preparation info e-mailed in advance was very helpful - confirmation of the scheduled appointment was appreciated.
Robert called ten minutes in advance of his arrival and was on time for the visit.
He thoroughly explained the process, inspected areas to be cleaned and answered all my questions regarding spot removal treatments, cleaning processes and drying times, etc.
He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I had scheduled just carpet cleaning and with Robert's guidance and recommendations, added all of the floor tiles in my home. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Zerorez at every opportunity. My expectations were totally exceeded!

Friendly, informative technician. Tom took time to do the best he could with a carpet that needed 'help'. Office service also friendly and gave me a reminder call. Process seemed to be what our carpet needed and will probably be the service I will use in the future. The procedure needs many hours to dry completely.

In past service has always been perfect. This time was very good overall, but some spots were not adequately cleaned.

Everything about the process, the technician, the product and the experience was great. Note that my expectations were already high because I've listened to your commercials on KFI 640 for years. Now I'm anxious for the remaining expectation, namely that the spots aren't going to return in a week.

Our Technician, Robert, was great, I would definitely have him come again & recommend him to others. He explained everything and took the time needed to do the job. He also cleaned a sample area that wasn't part of the order so we could see results. I didn't have such good luck with the call center. My first call to Elaine was great. I called back an hour later to add to the order & Elaine wasn't available. The 2nd call center person questioned the pricing of the first order and (it seemed) whether I had an appt, or what tech I would get. Also, for 2nd call telephone connection was awful & she had to call me back (didn't help). Everything got straightened out but the experience of the 2nd call wasn't as positive as the first. I understood that none of the big furniture was going to be moved, but I was expecting some of the smaller things to be moved for cleaning. Over all, very friendly service and good end result.
