Like the "green" process, courteous call center and technician. Wish I hadn't waited so long to clean my chairs...disappointed they didn't come "all the way clean." But they look better.

I have been using your company for many years and have always been happy. Not this time. I have still have stains on my carpet that should have been easily removed. I also had to pay $180 for my stairs which is fine except this time they only did the top not the kick plate" or the rounded stair part. THe tech was very kind and professtional but my carpets do not look that great and for $450 they should and have always in the past. I actually had to clean with spot remover after he left..

he was excellent-I am on the 2 nd floor and he was able to drap the tube off the balcony. He took much care with his setup and the actual cleaning. He is an outstanding employee!
I wasn't given an accurate quote. Had I been asked exactly how many stairs I had I would not have agreed to 300 plus to do my carpets. I told the sales rep on the telephone I had stair leading from my garage to my bedroom and he said ok it's $90 for stairs, when the tech arrived he called it to flights of stairs therefore increasing the original quote of $240 up to $319. Not fair to put the tech or myself in a position like that!
Eduardo was on time, professional, friendly helpful and very efficient. I will definately recommend your service to our neighbors and will repeat when needed. Also like the fact that there were no harsh chemicals or odors associated with the cleaning. GREAT Service.

When I called in the person listened to me and what I had to say regarding my previous experience. The technician was here right on time and he seemed to be well aware of his timeliness which I appreciated. The end results are always superior and this time the technician took extra care because he had the list of my complaints from the prevous time.
I would say the experience overall was outstanding. And the carpets look good too.

My technician this time was fantastic, all of my walk areas are perfect and my spots are gone.
I have had Zerorez out several times now. Last time you gave a repeat customer discount of $25.00. Your technition would not move any furniture. One chest he said was to heavy so I moved it myself (female, 5' 3''). On previous cleanings nvever had this issue. I just called yesterday because in two of the rooms there are large white sticky resedue spots. I am waiting for someone from Zerorez to call be back to clean the sposts. I am hoping this is a isolated case. Will give you guys one more try.
