Results of the process.
My carpet came out wonderful. The Tech was on time and did call before arriving. I appreciate that. The call center was professional. This was our second time using Zerorez and will use them again when needed.
The technician (Robert Keith) did a great job and gave super customer service. The best we have ever had. We will certainly recommend your company along with Robert.

easy to make an appointment, talked to a real person, the tech arrived on time, told would be two hours and it was two hours, the quoted price was the price paid.

Liked the service, technician was professional and helpful, the only think I didn't like was the fact that I was given a 2 hour window from 2-4 and due to delays, the technician didn't come in until after 5:00 p.m.

The appointment is easily made and accommodates the customer's schedule. Technicians are always prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough. Our last technician, Tom Nihan, was particularly efficient and very very nice. I will request him the next time I call for Zerorez. In fact, we have given his card to our neighbors, Jim & Laura Sieler, who will be calling for an appointment in the near future.
