What do you like about our products and services?

The service was EXCELLENT! I had a special request for time and the tech was here exactly as promised. Dennis was friendly, very hard working, professional and helpful. My carpets had been neglected due to my reluctance to call another carpet cleaning company in after the terrible job done by previous companies. I was amazed at the difference in the carpet as he was cleaning them. There were some concerns about a couple of the spots re-appearing after the carpet dried and I have been watching them. So far it has been 6 days and I am not seeing any indication of that yet. I am reserving my final opinion until a couple of weeks go by and I see if any of the spots come back. We only cleaned half of our carpets (the worst areas) just to see how Zerorez would do. So far so good, though. If we find that they remain in this condition, we will clean the rest of the rooms.

The technician was very through,understanding,polite,agreeable.
The cleaning was expensive. I feel i was overcharged on the set up fee. It's easy to access my unit from the street and the building has a elevator. My friend used the service and they didn't charge her to go in the basement. I'd feel better with a little bit of a credit:)

Carpet not. Completely dry for 24 hrs. Two technicians spent very short time on cleaning the mattress. Not satisfied compared to the first time

What do you like about our products and services?

Dennis Smith was our technician. He was on time, and he was very friendly and professional. Dennis explained the process thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He did a fantastic job and our carpet looks great. Dennis exceeding our expectations not only in his professionalism and technical ability, but also because he was very personable and genuinely cared about his work product. We would definitely use Zerorez again.

For the most part it was a really good job, however the area in front of the couch did not quite satisfy my expectations. Considering I am the manager of the Santa Ana North Lake Park community and have had you clean our recreation facility carpeting I wasn't satisfied it was worth the $259.00 price

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After the first cleaning, there were streaks in the carpet. The rep came back out a few days later and cleaned the entire room. The next day the original streaks were gone but others appeared. The tech explained it was the water wicking up and bringing more dirt with it. I have vacuumed twice and they are still very visable. I would not feel comfortable recommending the service knowing this could happen to a friend. However, the carpet feels very good on my bare feet.

Tom the technician was very neat, prompt worked efficiently & did not wast time. He was very clean & did not leave a mess. The service was very good . My son recommended zerorez to me or I would have called a different service.

HI My experience with zerorez was great. I hope to see the lasting results people talk about.My technician was ROB. When our carpet was first cleaned a few weeks ago in late Sept 2012 it actually came out looking dirty. We call ed Rob back and he was professional and quick to rectify. He came back later that week and quickly identified the problem went over the area lightly again and it came out wonderful. Very happy so far and thanks ROB for making it right.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Better customer service. I had called you to schedule BOTH a carpet and tile cleaning. The woman over the phone confirmed, but when the technican came he only had the equipment to clean the carpet. This was very disappointing since I took a vacation day off to stay and get this taken care of. When I reschedule with the tech he said he could be out the following day, but then I rec'd a call from your company saying I needed to give you a one week window. Very disappointed!!! Some people can't be taking days on end off to get these things taken care of. That's why I wanted them BOTH scheduled on the same day. In addition, when removing the equipment - the tech hit the bullnose of my wall removing a large piece of succo. In addition, the tech even left his studying material behind on the counter. But on a positive note the carpet cleaning did get the stains I wanted out. --Name removed
