Everything went very well and we especially liked Justin.
The scheduler told me they would be there after 12:15, but the reminder call changed it to between 2 pm and 3 pm.
Eduardo did a good job on my carpet, and I will refer friends and family to Zerorez, and
likely refer Eduardo to do the job. The reason I chose Zerorez is listening to Bill Handel
ads oin the Bill Handel radio show.
I like the fact That our technician was extremely helpful and professional. Robert keith did a very good job on our carpet and was a pleasure to have him service us. Robert was friendly and did a great job! Thank you!
Technician Dennis showed up ready to work, did a good job and a carpeted room I thought needed to be replaced was saved for several more years. Actually, it looks like new. I like the process of not leaving any residue on the carpet. I have used other methods and the soap residue began to attract dirt very quickly.
I was not told that the "bedroom closets" were part of the bedroom, and therefore when the gentleman came to clean, I was told the closets were an additional $30. The outcome was very good, just surprised that closets are not included in the bedroom...
Robert was Great and did a great job here. He told me alot of what I was doing wrong cleaning my carpet myself. I'll have him back out again.

The technician who came out to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable. He explained the process and how everything worked. By the time he finished, our carpets were like brand new. We've had our carpets cleaned before by other companies, but we've never seen results like this. I will definitely recommend your services to friends and family.

Lower the price
This was the third time I used Zerorez. Though the carpet cleaning is out-of-this world, I have concerns with the cleaning staff. The first time I used the service - bout four years ago - the person arrived on time and completed the job. The last time, the person arrived about half an hour late. Not a big deal. He apologized and cleaned an area rug free of charge. This time, the person arrived almost two hours late. He never apologized and even attempted to get me to pay for extra services. Not a good idea.
I would expect he had leverage to discount the service or clean an extra area. Nothing was offered.
The call center was very nice and helpful when I made the appointment. The technician was also very nice and walked me through the whole process and costs before he began.
The process kept me informed and were very responsive. I had an appointment in the morning and the machine broke on the technician. I talked to the call center and told them it was important for me to have the service completed that day. They rescheduled for that day and the technician did a great job. You really learn about a company by how they recover when things go wrong and Zerorez recovered very well.
The technician called to say he could come earlier than scheduled if I would like. Not only are the technicians on time, but they are also willing to accommodate your time schedule.

A few stains didn't come out. The carpet wasn't as soft as before.
Dana called ahead, was on time, and did an excellent job on the carpets.
No chemicals are used. I have used you before and always have had great success with the people I talk to in the office to the technician. You are awesome.
