I have only used Zerorez since I installed my carpet approx. 6 years ago. I find your call center extremely efficient and responsive. Your service technicians are always Polite, knowledgeable, Prompt and helpful with specific 'stains or issues'. I was, as always, completely satisfied with the results and my carpet continues to look exceptionally good even though it is 6 yrs old. I will continue to use Zerorez indefinitely.

The call center staff was informative, friendly, professional, and helpful, and so were the technicians. They did a great job, and called to let us know they were on their way. My carpets are seriously ancient and I'm stunned at how well they came out!! Thank you ZeroRez!

My carpets have never looked cleaner. My tile in the kitchen looks like it did when we put it in 14 years ago, especially the grout. I am impressed and sold on Zerorez. Keith (technician) was pleasant and very helpful.
Everyone I dealt with on the phone was very nice. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using you again. Thank you.

The process works. I believe the reason we are still using the carpet we have is because of Zeroez otherwise we would have replaced it by now.

The technician was great. We have used Zerorez for several years and found the technicians consistently friendly and accomodating.
