Call center was very polite and answered all my questions. The technician, Robert, was polite, professional and neat. I was glad he didn't try to sell extras, although he was able to give me pricing for other services I asked about. He was very thorough and the cleaning process was outstanding! I did have a stain that came back up later, after the carpet dried. He explained that it might happen. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

larry was the service provider and he seemed to be in a big hurry tomfinish our job. he called and asked if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appt and i said that would be fine. he arrived at 9:30 and i had to leave the house for 30 mins. he asked me to leave a check for him because he may finish before i returned. i said i was uncomfortable doing that and he said i could pay when imreturned. my husband came home before i returned and larry was working on one of th erooms. larry did not seem to do a thorough job. when we used ur company last, we were thrilled with the service and the professional job. the service provider (I don't remeber his name) was personable, professional, and conscientious on the last visit. I cant say the same for Larry. There were stains left on the carpet and he didnt even move a small cat scratch cardboard box but cleaned around it. He did not explain drying time or provide any protective plastic for the furniture legs. He received his check and left. Very disappointing customer service. Also, we were charged an $11 fee for a field call thatbwas not divulged prior to the service.
The tech was professional and efficient. He did an admirable job and I would recommend him to anyone, anytime.
The carpet came looking great bust wan't real dirty to start with.The tech was very careful and finished quickly. Carpets dried quicker than expected. It's only been a couple of days so it's too early to tell how long the carpet will stay clean.
We will NOT be telling our friends of this "deal". I am embarrassed to have spent nearly $700 on cleaning carpet. My husband made this appointment and there were obviously some critical questions he did not ask. Your service cost me close to $700 after calling on the special of $160(!) for three rooms + additional for stairs. The upsells were absurd. If you have a process that will clean carpet and pet stains - then that should be the quality of work you provide...we actually paid for second quality...as opposed to third quality where your agent wanted an additonal $600 on top of the $700 we were charged to guarantee the pet stains would not come back. Can you imagine $1,300 carpet cleaning.
You can keep your $25 bonus (for the NEXT carpet cleaning)... there will not be a next time. I should call KFI and tell them how unhappy we are at being gouged...really

I have wool carpeting. The technician Josh was very informative, but I wish I would have known the details and the limitations beforehand not after he was finished.

I was not told of the $11.00 fuel charge at the time of booking my appointment. I was told the charge was 139.00. I feel this was mis-represention. Your tech was very friendly and polite. I was expecting better results on my high traffic area in front of couch and around bed in bedroom. Especially since this is the first time my carpet has been cleaned and I paid for a better grade of carpet when it was installed. I cannot give an opinion of lasting results as the present time. The tech did explain that sometime carpet fribers get flattened and will not come back up. But I still notice a difference in color.
