Although your price is more than other similar companies, your technicians are what set you apart from the others. Dennis was the tech that cleaned my home, and his skill, professionalism, and knowledge are outstanding. He made suggestions with regard to my central air unit, and ways to prolong the life of my carpet. He is an excellent example of the best a company has to offer.

The entire process was a pleasure. After calling on the weekend and leaving a message, I was phoned back promptly on Monday and my appointment scheduled for Saturday. Marcel arrived ahead of schedule, finding a challenging task before him. He was efficient and thorough and my carpets couldn't look any better. Even my skeptical husband is pleased with ZEROREZ. The technician was so professional and worked very hard. He explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. Not only was the carpet so clean, but my whole house smelled clean and the carpet dried with no damp smell or mildew odor which is what I experienced previously. I just love my carpet again.

Chris in call center ansered all my questions on cleaning process. Service was prompt and on time. Dennis the technician was thorough, hard working and took care to protect floors, walls and furniture. The carpet came out amazingly clean. Thanks for a job well done. I decided to try Zerorez because of the endorsement by Bill Handel on KFI, who is my favorite radio host.

I’ve had my current cleaner for several years, who is such a nice person and runs his own business. Unfortunately, the quality of his work has been diminishing and being the loyal person I am, I hated to switch.

The process that Zerorez uses though makes sense and was presented well by our technician Gil. We were lucky to have him because from the moment I took his call to let me know he was on his way, to his arrival and completion of the job, he was professional, knowledgeable and very sincere. I would say a credit to Zerorez.

The results were remarkable. I will have no hesitation in recommending Zerorez to any of my friends or neighbors, should they ask for a referral. Many thanks to Gil for doing such a great job.

This is the second time that we have had you clean our carpets. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Our carpet was soooo bad that I told my husband that if zerorez couldn't clean it then we needed new carpet. I was skeptical that you could clean it that well. Well...it looks fantastic and we can put off buying carpet for several more years. A huge thank you to your company.

Brett was a doll. He answered all my questions and reassured me that all would be well.

It is the best $150 that we have spent in a long time! Thanks so much! Great job!!
