My carpets look great! The technician Tom arrived on time and did a fabulous job. I loved that he left booties for my family. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to my friends and neighbors. I'm so glad I heard the ad on Christian radio-the FISH 95.9.
I am completely 100% satified with the work. He made sure to move the chairs, trash cans, etc to clean underneath instead of working around them. He left the carpet looking new. He completed the job in a timely manner. I would defintely call Zerorez again.

Professional, knowledgable staff. Cleaning is well done and lasts. I love that he filled up my spot remover bottle for no additional charge! They do what they say they'll do and honor the estimate previously agreed upon. There is never up selling during the appointment or hidden charges added at time of cleaning. No one else will ever clean my carpets ever again except for Zerorez!
Very accomodating, friendly, and efficient staff.l was finished! Gil was wonderful! My carpet had many pet stains and it and it looked like a miracle had happened when Gil was finished.

No residuw left behind. Only a clean smell.
HOWEVER, adding in an $11 gas fee that we weren't told about really fried my Dad. He almost refused to pay it!! We should have been told about it when we made the appointment and were quoted a price of $249.....then it wound up being $260. That sounds like false advertising to me, even if other service-type companies are also doing it. Its easy to change on your part.

The service is excellent and the carpets are clean, fresh and smell great. Plus, the carpets are not very wet after the technician is finished.
