First, you never called to reschedule when your truck could not get down the driveway. Second, the work on my couches were sub-par to say the least. When I called your office to discuss this, they told me the driver would call me to discuss what he had tried to do. Two days later and I still have not received a call. I used to rave about Zero Rez in my real estate business circles, not anymore.
I like the product. It doesn't leave a residue for dirt to stick to.
The tech I had to clean my carpets was Gil Rogers. I've had my carpets cleaned 3 times by ZeroRez. All of the techs have done a great job but Gil Rogers did an excellent job. In the past I had a stain that would not come out. Gil was able to get it out. The next time I get my carpets cleaned I will request Gil. If he isn't available I will wait until he is.

Does a great job cleaning our carpet with no harmful chemicals, important for my little boy that crawls all over the carpet!
I like how clean it looks and smells. I like the men who do the cleaning. They are always pleasant and helpful. I like that you use no soap to clean, therefore, there is no soap residue left in the carpet. I like the fact that the cleaning system vacuums all the dirt and water outside to their truck to haul away; it is not left in the carpet. My carpet looks really good still and it is over 16 years old. We haven't needed to replace it yet.

Usually carpet cleaning is guaranteed for 30 days, and the spots return in 31 days! As it's only been just over 24 hours I'd like to take this Feedback Request in 31 days! Your young technician was a delight and accommodating!
