Professional from beginning to end and the carpets always look much better than when they are cleaned by anyone else.
Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The gentlemen that came to my home were very confident in thier process and dare I say "proud" of their abilities. They worked fast and efficiently. My carpet got cleaner than I had expected and my tile grout is better than I have ever seen it. Extremely happy!

Zerorez's process was efficient. The call center staff and technician were professional and courteous. David did a great job cleaning our carpet. The dirt and stains were removed and there was no chemical smell. We also like that we did not feel any soapy residue when we walked on our newly cleaned carpet.
Your two service techs were awsome, they were on time very professional and did a outstanding job, very good job and worked hard, I would love for those two to do my carpets every 6 months

Not informing of your practice of $100 per spot for a pet stain (which used to be $35 last time we had you in) is a mistake. Insisting in holding to those ridiculous prices rather than working with the customer is wrong. Putting your technician in the middle defending a crazy pricing scheme is nuts. Figure out a better pricing approach, informing up front and sticking with it is the way to go.

no use of chemicals. My only complaint is that the 2-hour window of arrival was not sufficient and my representative was about 20 minutes late. He did call, however not soon enough.
I realize your product is a premium service - so price should not be an issue. But it is. Your technician (who was really great, by the way) was here for no more than 90 minutes, and my bill was $400. That sounds a lot more like attorney fees than carpet cleaning fees. There in would be my caveat to recommend your service; Really great product - but really expensive. My carpets look great, however, and smell clean as do the chairs that were cleaned. The carpets were quite wet, however and took almost 2 full days (even in warm weather ) to dry.
Everyone I dealt with seemed honest. The price I was quoted on the phone was what I was charged at my house. The technicians were friendly and hard working. They got all of our daily wear stains and pet stains out. I feel very confident about the product/process for my carpets. Any chance I get, I do and will recommend Zerorez.

This is our second time using ZeroRez. We are not happy. This guy was speedy gonzazles and the upstairs hallway is not clean. Secondly, there is no way to handle a dispute on the billing.
The job quality was great, but communication leading up to it was not. Originally, my job was scheduled 3-5pm Saturday 9/22, but unfortunately the driver/cleaner didn't arrive until 5:10pm when my apartment would no longer allow vendors in. The frustrating part was I had no way to contact the driver to let him/her know the importance of arriving by 5pm. Then we tried to reschedule to Tuesday 9/25, but my electricity was already turned off. Then we rescheduled a 3rd time, Thursday 9/27, after my former landlord turned electricity back on. The end result was I had to pay 5 extra days of rent due to the no-show on 9/22.
I was impressed by how clean my carpet looks now and understand how much soap (from demonstration) was left by previous cleaners. The call center was very good and followed up my call promptly with a nearby office and appointment availability. Our technician, Dennis Smith, was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain the process and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend to friends. I just wish I had remembered to purchase a spot removal kit!
