Dennis was professional and pleasant. He made my carpet look so clean and gorgeous! So thorough and I liked his explanation of what he was doing to get all the dirt, Popsicle stains and Lord knows what else out of my carpet! I have 17 month old twins, two large dogs and a husband and my carpet now looks like no one has set foot on it! Very happy customer!
We love that the floors dry very quickly and that the service doesnot take very long. Our service technician, Tom, was excellent and very professional. We would love to have him back anytime as our technician!
It was done in a very short time, and the carpet was so bad, I didn't think it could be cleaned....and it looks like new.....he did a great job, and I already called and told the phone operator there how pleased I was with it....

The only drawback...I was one week too early, after hearing about the lowering of the cost for two areas from $139 to $99. That stung a bit. Bad timing on my part, I guess.

I was a little disappointed that some of the severe stains could not be completely removed but Gil explained the reason why. Also he said my invoice would be sent by E-mail immediately and it still has not arrived. Otherwise his service was excellent.
They did a good job. They called me before they came to my house that way I did not have to wait for them all day. I appreciated that.
The techs know their jobs. Listen to the client when they raise questions or concerns.
The service person DANA was RIGHT on TIME. It was extremely important that we make an appointment that morning. Dana was efficient, courteous and conducted his job professionally.
I have been a customer for several years now and Dana was the best.

Email information about your employees and services was helpful. The technician was very thorough in describing services he was going to perform and condition of carpet and what we could expect. It took over night before carpet was completely dry.

I had a big coffee stain on my carpet. A whole cup full. It had been there for a year and a half. Your tech made it go away. he said that it might come back. So far so good. I can see a little partial halo but other wise it is perfect. Thanks again.

Your technician Dennis Smith was absolutely professional. He came right in, put down pads to protect my hardwood floor and corner protectors for my furniture. (something I had NEVER seen before). I will definately use your service again, because of him. You don't mind paying for something, if you're getting good service and I have since referred your company to a couple of my friends.
The technician was very accommodating. The floors came out so clean and the carpet looks great and dried quickly.
