Although we had to reschedule my appointment because you overbooked the day I was confirmed (and I wasn't pleased about it), I was very happy with the professional way Livingston cleaned my carpets.

Was not told stain could return, and it did when I specifically asked if this could happen. New stains appeared in places where nothing could have spilled on those places. The edges of the carpet were not cleaned, and I was told by the first tech they could not clean the edges of the carpet. The repair tech said the first guy should have cleaned it correctly and did not. Repair tech said the first guy did a lousy job and fried my carpet. Where you did the cleaning, the carpet feels stiff like straw. It took about 5 days to dry. I had to wait 2 or maybe 3 weeks for an appointment to clean vomit off the carpet, and when I called back to complain that the stain had reappeared a over a year later, the receptionist laughed at me,was rude, and said I had waited too long to call. I had originally called immediately for help and begged for service. I was told I had to wait for my appointment. Now I'm told if it had been treated sooner, the stain might not have reappeared. The owner of the company offered to fix it for the special price they're running. Why would I do that when it wasn't done correctly the first time? He finally offered to clean the stain again but charged me $11 for gas. I paid the tech $20.

Cleanest carpet ever! And the technician was so "no problem" about the third floor (no elevator) compared to other snooty carpet-cleaners.

The professionalism of the technician who comes to my house, {Robert Keith}, the fact that there is no soap or chemicals left on the carpets and they don't spot again as soon as they're dry, you do a good job of removing the old dirt and stains. I feel that I have clean carpets.
