The actual cost was twice the price quoted.
The service representative was not nice, he provided horrible customer service.
It took 3 days for the carpet to dry.
They did not remove any of my spots even though your ad said you removed all stains. In fact, the rep said, they could not remove stains.
It was a total waste of my money and I will not use your services again.

You CLEAN my carpets

I had a problem with my cat having accidents on the carpet. The stains didn't come out but the odor did. He came on time and was very professional.

My carpets look great, and the technician Bryon was very friendly. I only concern I had was the exhaust fumes from the large Zerorez truck that was running the whole time (1hour) that my carpets were being cleaned. Due to the fact that my garage needed to be opened to bring the hoses thru the house and my kitchen door was also opened and therefore gas exhaust fumes were coming into the house. Not good at all due to the fact that I have allergies and sinus problems. When you have a truck leaking gas fumes doesn't seem like a GREEN BUSINESS.
