This was the third time I used Zerorez. Though the carpet cleaning is out-of-this world, I have concerns with the cleaning staff. The first time I used the service - bout four years ago - the person arrived on time and completed the job. The last time, the person arrived about half an hour late. Not a big deal. He apologized and cleaned an area rug free of charge. This time, the person arrived almost two hours late. He never apologized and even attempted to get me to pay for extra services. Not a good idea.

I would expect he had leverage to discount the service or clean an extra area. Nothing was offered.

The call center was very nice and helpful when I made the appointment. The technician was also very nice and walked me through the whole process and costs before he began.

The process kept me informed and were very responsive. I had an appointment in the morning and the machine broke on the technician. I talked to the call center and told them it was important for me to have the service completed that day. They rescheduled for that day and the technician did a great job. You really learn about a company by how they recover when things go wrong and Zerorez recovered very well.

The technician called to say he could come earlier than scheduled if I would like. Not only are the technicians on time, but they are also willing to accommodate your time schedule.

A few stains didn't come out. The carpet wasn't as soft as before.

I can't say enough about Zerorez! Roxanne, in the call center was extremely helpful, listening to my carpet issues, then based on my problem, sent a knowledgeable Tech who was able to restretch my carpet at the same appointment as the cleaning.

Awesome Technician!! Robert was the best....he called when he was 10 minutes away to let us know when he would arrive. He spoke very highly of the company he worked for, saying he'd been in the carpet business for years but Zerorez was by far the best company, with the best boss, the best equipment/trucks AND the best cleaning process. I showed Robert the bubble issue with our bedroom carpet...Robert re-stretched and re-seamed it to perfection!! The carpets came out spectacular....all the pet stains/smells were gone and my carpets look brand new again.

The carpet looked great and Justin, I think that was his name was very nice and prompt. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. After the cleaning I noticed a very wet and discolored spot (it looks slightly pink) in an area that had no serious spots. Not sure what happened there but it's been 3 days and it's still damp.
