I was not very happy this time. The other times you cleaned the carpets the spots were gong for a while. Today they are still there and It does not appear he treated the carpet. He was in and out in 45 minutes so I guess it was a quick job. In addition where his truck was parked somethign got on my grass and killed it...my guess is what ever you use to clean and the hot sun today did not mix well. if you would like to contact me my number is Phone number removed and my name is Name removed. The tech, Tom, was fantastic! We used another company for 15 years. Without notice, they tripled the price of cleaning. We heard your ad on KFI and decided to give you a try. Between Tom's professionalism, the outcome of the carpets, and the customer service on the phone, I am sold!
Process is clean and not messy or time consuming. Call center very efficient. Robert is a very pleasant and caring representative for your company. We have told our friends about him and Zerorez.

The appointment is easily made and accommodates the customer's schedule. Technicians are always prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough. Our last technician, Tom Nihan, was particularly efficient and very very nice. I will request him the next time I call for Zerorez. In fact, we have given his card to our neighbors, Jim & Laura Sieler, who will be calling for an appointment in the near future.
Results of the process.
My carpet came out wonderful. The Tech was on time and did call before arriving. I appreciate that. The call center was professional. This was our second time using Zerorez and will use them again when needed.

easy to make an appointment, talked to a real person, the tech arrived on time, told would be two hours and it was two hours, the quoted price was the price paid.
