The way the carpet looked,smelled and how fast it dried and the wonderful gentleman that cleaned my carpet.
I am a repeat customer. The non-sticky result really makes the price worth while. Dana, the gentleman that cleaned my carpet is to be commended. He is a real professional and cleaned my carpet to his satisfaction. His sweat equity was greatly appreciated.
The carpets, marble floors and granite counter tops look amazing. I love that you don't use chemicals or soaps. I've been using ZeroRez for floor and carpet care for about 9 years, in Seattle and here in southern CA. Robert did an amazing job, and he came back on his day off to finish buffing the floors. It would have been a 3-Advil and 2-glasses of wine day for me after all that work! Robert also gave me great maintenance instructions that were really helpful. Thank you!

Technicians are considerate and responsive. I'm not thrilled about the arbitrary fuel charge it should be part of your advertising.

Our carpets came out beautiful. The technican was very professional.
Our carpet cleaning technician Dennis was prompt and professional. We immediately felt at ease with his Knowledge of carpet cleaning and how well he took care of our home. We have to admit that we were skeptical of the cleaning process and were concerned that it would not do the job we expected. The results were simply amazing! It really does do what they say. Took a full 24 hours to fully dry, but no odor or signs of residue left behind. I'm looking forward to seeing how long it will stay this clean.

The entire process was a pleasure. After calling on the weekend and leaving a message, I was phoned back promptly on Monday and my appointment scheduled for Saturday. My wife is visiting her sister in Las Vegas and I used the Zerorez powder mix to clean the pathway from the kitchen to the hallway while she is gone, and if she doesn't notice the difference in carpet clean when she gets back home I might as well walk around naked.
