The carpet is in a busy factory. It gets dirty. The tech is on time, fast in-and-out on the weekend. The results cannot be equaled by any other process that I know of. The clean look lasts a long time. All the people who work in the offices love the results and I get the complements.
I like that this is a non-toxic service. The carpets dried soft, not just clean. There was not the same thick, wet odor that I've experienced with traditional carpet cleaning products and services.

You missed a small area ( 2ft x 2ft) in our family room that needed to have one loveseat moved to get it. I was told when I ordered the service that it would not be problem.

We had the special pet treatment and the carpet still smells like urine. We have called and left a message, but due to the New Year's Holiday, we expect to hear from you on Wednesday. We would like you come back out free of charge to re-treat the affected areas in both the living room and master bedroom. Other areas are clean and fresh. If this is remedied, we will be happy to recommend!

Love that's its a non chemical method to cleaning. We have as many as 10 dogs at the family business daily and 2 at home except when we dog sit, we can have as many as 7 and they lay on the carpets, so it's good to know they are not laying on added chemicals that build up throughout the years. The office just feels clean when Zerorez is done and that's quite amazing with as many dogs as we have. I wouldn't use anyone else's services on our carpets at the office or at my home.
While I was satisfied with how clean my carpet was after treatment, I was dissapointed that my hallway (which is between 30-40 square feet) was counted as a whole room. The carpet cleaner was done with the rooms within an hour. For the price that we paid, it was not worth it for two relatively small rooms and a hallway.
I love everything about Zerorez and wouldn't consider using any other company. I hated the soapy residue that comes with other methods of carpet cleaning. Zerorez is soap-free! Thanks to Robert and his expertise the carpet dries quickly. My porcelin always looks brand new after Robert cleans it. Unfortunately, that doesn't last long ---probably because we have two large Labs. Fortunately, Robert and Zerorez are only a phone call away. Sandy Ridout
