Tom was wonderful. He called 10 minutes prior to appt. He arrived on time. He explained the process and went straight to work. He answered all my questions. I had my carpets, hardwood floors and bathroom floor tiles cleaned. Everything looks brand new. I couldn't be happier.

After I finally found you on the web. I emailed you and you responded in a timely manor. You called me back and explained the process to me over the phone. I set the appointment and the tech called me on the day to say he was in traffic. My mother was sick that day so it wasn't really convenient but the tech took that in consideration and was acommidating. I like the fact you don.t use chemicals. I was amaized that he got all the stains out. He explained what he needed to do and especially the protective coating to help with future stains. I have already referred some friends. Thank you Dennis for all your hard work and professional attitude.

Service was quite expensive. I paid more than $230 for my condo, while my sister who hired a regular soapy carpet cleaning service the same week, paid $99 for TWICE AS MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE. We will be comparing wear. I thought I was getting a deal, but the service cost more than expected. I was very pleased with the result but can not afford to do this very often. Livingston, the technician was a personable fellow, and was a pleasure to have in my home.

I was really happy with the service. The guy who came out was helpful. I think I was expecting my carpet to look a little more clean. But... when my husband came home he thought it looked like it was brighter. (lighter) So, I think maybe with all the wear and tear it gets it was the best that could be done. It is a lot softer. I think what I am really looking to see if it stays cleaner longer without a lot of residue. First name removed

The only service I have used is your carpet cleaning and my carpets look great. Customer services was great, we had to reschedule our appointment and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Robert Keith, our technician, represented your company very well.

Hopefully it will last longer this time.

First, the technician that came was alone. I asked him why he was alone and he said if he had someone else help him they would, in his exact words, "Make only 5 bucks each." He looked at our few pieces of furniture and asked if it is possible to move it somewhere out of the way. If it were possible, I would have done that prior as our home was as bare as possible since my wife and I prepared our home prior so that the work would be minimal; at least on HIS part.

Second, because of this, I had to help the technician move all furniture. He dragged the furniture and I had to tell them not to drag it but to lift it (with me, of course) otherwise our carpet would tear.

Third, the technician talked to someone on the phone mentioning it was his first visit/call. When this technician arrived, he had a sour scowl on his face which he maintained throughout the service. It's appears as if he doesn't like his job at all.

Fourth, I asked him about his work boots and whether he should be covering it while working on our carpet to which he said, "I don't use any cover on my boots. I just use my boots in other houses that need cleaning as well." If that were the case, what does he use to go to and from his van? His bare feet? Just walking on the street will trek in dirt and other unmentionables.

Fifth, when he brought out the foam boards to use under our furniture, he just broke them into sections and nonchalantly tossed it on top of each piece of furniture. I had to tell him to simply put it on the table next to each piece of furniture he was going to use it on.

Sixth, I pointed out a couple of small gummed stains and all he really did was mask it by spraying more water and vigorously rubbing the section with his vacuum wand. He did the same with small areas that had minimal traffic stains.

Seventh, I asked him about the slight dust/dirt along the baseboards and whether he would use a brush to 'brush' it out like other Carpet Cleaning companies we've used in the past and he said, "We don't really do that. It costs extra. $1 per linear foot." So he proceeds to wet the baseboard area with steam and rub the area. Now, it is even dirtier than ever and has dark stains.

Eight, stains that were supposed to be removed and looked like they were remove initially have come back and are even worse in some areas than before the technician cleaned it.

Needless to say, our experience with Zerorez is pretty much a complete zero in our rating (on a scale of 0 to 10). We paid more money than we normally do for other carpet cleaning places that do a much better job, have more pleasant service people and get the stains removed for less price.

Translation: we won't ever use Zerorez again and we won't recommend Zerorez to anyone. Period.

The sofa and end table were never moved to clean under - that surprised me. It took 2 days for the carpet to dry, I thought it was supposed to be only hours. I guess I was just expecting fabulous and got average...was kind of disappointing.

The manner of the technican and the way he cleaned my home like it was his own.
