After hearing Bill Handel sing the praises of Zerorez for some 10 years, that was incentive enough for me to make an appt. I hadn't heard specials offered for Ventura Co. Usually carpet cleaning is guaranteed for 30 days, and the spots return in 31 days! As it's only been just over 24 hours I'd like to take this Feedback Request in 31 days! Your young technician was a delight and accommodating!

No chemicals , good results and very good ' on time ' service.

This was my first time with Zerorez. I love how clean Gil was able to get my carpet - love that there is no soapy residue and my carpet was not "crunchy" when it dried - love that Gil was here on time as scheduled and was so courteous and professional. I will most definitely use your company again - and again. You should see how clean my carpet is! I didn't think it was possible. I was at the point that I wanted to just rip all of the carpet out - better that than looking at the stains and traffic areas that NEVER EVER came clean (with other carpet cleaners). I mentioned some of the spots to Gil, but mostly just left him to do what he could - figured he would see things for himself. Previous carpet cleaners have told me that nothing could be done about the stains/traffic areas that remained after they "cleaned" the carpet. Not Gil, though, he actually cleaned them without giving me any excuses! And they stayed clean after the carpet dried! So - if you haven't noticed - I am more than pleased with my Zerorez experience. Service was great there were no delays and job went very well! just keep doing what your doing!

Always looks great after completion; the service man was courteous and helpful with any questions I asked. Eplained ahead of time what he could do with the stains I had and then continued to take are of stains that were apparant.

My rugs looked great and very clean and I liked the professionalism of the work.

Your technician was prompt (even early) and very courteous, there was no chemical small during or after the process, the dirt in my carpet was disappearing before my eyes. In general, I loved everything about my experience with zerorez.

The area rug cleaning was good, but ever since our two throw rugs were cleaned, the threads of the fringe have been breaking off continuously. These rugs had a long delicate fringe and now the fringe is very sparse in some places and shorter in length. It was definitely caused by the cleaning because the fringe very rarely had a thread come out before the cleaning -- afterward the fringe came off in large amounts, now it comes off several threads a week. I had meant to call when I noticed it, but I guess there's nothing that can be done at this point.

I was most impressed with Bryan and the excellent job he did cleaning my carpets.
He came on time (early even!) and was thorough and efficient. His friendly manner
is a big asset. You should be proud to have such an employee.

Michel (sp) was very courteous and explained his activities he would do to clean
my carpets. He did a very nice job and did my requests. The most soiled parts,(entry way way and in front of the recliners was very clean when he finished, but some of it has come come back up. ( he said it might, but another cleaning would help it later when I have it cleaned cleaned again.

It's a clean clean. The carpets look great after the technician is finished. Very pleased. He was very professional.

Carpet and upholstery looks great!

My carpet looks and is amazing! It was worth every penny and I will use Zerorez again. It certainly beats the cost of new carpeting.

Our carpets came out cleaner than with other cleaning companies. The technician was thorough, polite and very competent. He worked hard and it showed.

my carpet always looks like new when your employees are finished. I have tried to get folks to use you but they all say you are too expensive.

The products work and they work quickly. The rug dried quickly and I'm very happy with the results.

My white couch was so stained that I thought it had to be recovered and now it looks like new.

We had to run the fan in the bedroom for 2 days, about 24 hours to get the bedroom and he did not move anything in the master bedroom. The rest of the house looks OK.

Your technician, Dennis Smith, did a superb job of carpet cleaning. It was by far the best of anyone that has ever cleaned our carpets including your past service personnel.
Also he was VERY polite and had an excellent personality for servicing the public sector.
