Robert came to look at and work on a couple of stains that came up after a Zerorez carpet cleaning. He did an amazing job of getting the stains out!

Technician seemed knowledgeable, but did not pressure me to add services or products to the job. Carpet looked great when he finished. He worked hard to get spots out & seemed interested in making sure that I was satisfied with the outcome before he left. Overall I am happy with Zerorez.

The process removes most stains and the technicians are always cordial and professional.

No chemicals. Easy to make an appointment (and was able to get one on a Saturday), technician showed up on time and was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. The results were wonderful.

The young man that cleaned my carpets was very professional and did a good job on the carpets. BUT he did NOT put protectors under the wooden legs of furniture after putting it back on wet carpet the way he said he would. He and I moved a recliner outside to get it out of the way, and he forgot to move it back it. He left it on the front lawn. I had to get a neighbor to help me move it back in the house. Also there were several spots on the carpet that were completely soaked with water - as if it were a spill. I had to use many paper towels and soak up the water several times to get it all up. Attention to detail would have made this a perfect experience - but it wasn't.

No smells from chemicals. You can see the dirt lift out. Quick and efficient tech. Less drying time for carpet than with previous carpet cleaning companies. No discoloration from chemicals.
