Service was as advertised. My carpets are 13 years old and they looked new again. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the fact that there is no soap used so no soap residue. I have recommended your service to my girlfriend and she will have it done in a couple of months

Zerorez needs improve their organization and communication.
Soap leaves a residue that attracts dirt. I trust that our carpets will remain clean for a much longer period of time. Time will tell for sure.

Robert Keith is amazing. This is the third time that Robert has cleaned my carpets. He goes up & beyond each and every time he services my home. I cannot tell you how very much I appreciate all that he does. I will be honest and tell you that my first experience with Zerorez was not good and I would have never used your company again except that I saw Robert cleaning my neighbors carpets about 4 years ago. He was so nice and went out of his way with my neighbors so I gave your company another opportunity. So glad I met him that day!!!
I heard an ad for Zerorez on KFI-640 that 2 rooms will be $139.00 and I was charged more.

He did mention some added on fees that were not mentioned over the phone. The extra fees for treatment if the carpet hadn't been cleaned in 6 months need to be mentioned over the phone when the appointment is made so the service person is not suprising you with them.
