What I like about your product and services is the assurance that I will consistently receive a good quality service from your staff. We always request Livingston because he is the best...always pleasant and does a great cleaning on my carpet, upholstery, and tile. The hype is NOT hype... this service is real. My carpets were stained from the previous tenants of my rented townhouse. We had the carpets cleaned by another reputable company when we first moved in but the techs told us there was nothing that could be done about the high-traffic area leading from the tiled kitchen to the carpeted living room. It was filthy even after they cleaned it. After two years we finally tried Zerorez and ended up with carpets that look brand new. Zerorez got all the grime out, even in that "hopeless" high traffic doorway. They even apologized because that area looked slightly less new than the rest of the carpet! I told them that area had been stained since the day we moved in, and to actually be able to see the color of the carpet was amazing. My only regret is that my husband wasn't there when they actually cleaned, because a picture just doesn't do the process justice.

Clean, Efficient, Throurgh, Friendly. Made a serious effort to protect folloing, walls and corners. Carpet looks as good as the day the work was done and that had not happened before.
They did a good job of cleaning my tile and grout. I can't get over it they look better than they did when they were first installed

I like that you do not use soap to clean the carpets so when they dry, they feel soft and fluffy again.

i like your services but think the billing manager is very difficult. i was double charged on my debit card the first time and I put in a dispute, which was resolved when the double billing came off my account. I then continued to pay by credit card and check for subsequent visits. now the billing mgr will not allow me to use a credit card as she says they have no way to resolve it if I dispute it. The only reson I did so in the first place is because I was double charged in error. This doesn't promote good will with customers and since we own restaurants and night clubs, we could have used your services in our businesses. She has made it too difficult for me.
Chris was awesome. He didn't make me feel embarrassed about how dirt my car interior was, he just said he will do his best. It was a very positive experience.
