Dennis the technician was very professional and took every effort to give us a Super clean carpet while protecting all other surfaces with blankets corner bumpers etc. Our carpets look brand new again Thank you Dennis and Zerorez!! They also have great equiptment and classy new trucks to provide the best on time professional service. This was our second time using Zerorez and will see them again in the future. I am very satisfied with the work. The last time I had zerorez clean our carpets, they stayed looking clean for a lot longer than with all the other services I had tried in the past years. Great job and friendly courteous service. The carpets feel soft and clean after zerorez does their work. This I notice because it is not the case with other types of cleaning. The zerorez process actually CLEANS the carpet! The service is the best, even when I have not been satisfied, they have returned to make it perfect.

Hello and thank you for your interest in feedback about your service. I have to say everyone I spoke/interacted with at your company was wonderful, really! My only disappointment is in the results I got. I had my stairs and hallway carpet cleaned, the only areas carpeted in our home. The flat areas came out clean but the edges of the stairs still look dirty. I don't know if there's any difference between how they look now and how they did prior to your cleaning. I did take a "before" picture and I will compare them tomorrow but still, the edges look dirty.
