All of the techs are friendly, conscientious and courteous. The process used is the best at cleaning tough spots and regular wear and tear. When we first called I was ready to have the carpets replaced because I thought they were a lost cause. Three years later I'm glad I didn't waste the money.

Refund my money! Excessive cost for a small area. The primary reason for hiring you was not resolved. In fact, the stain was highlighted, and we are forced to consider recarpeting. $$$$. The carpet cleaner was affable, however.

There were some stains on the carpet, from before we began living in the apartment, that did not come out. I know that there will inevitably some stains that cannot come out, but really - all the stains are still there other than areas that were just dirt (like near the door). So while the carpet does look and feel really clean as far as the just everyday dirt that gets in there, there was no/little improvement in the stains per se.

Robert Keith was amazing. He was courteous and professional but also tenacious and determined to remove very stain.

Technician Gil was most efficient, personable and did a wonder job cleaning. Best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaner.
