I like the idea the carpet cleaning process does not leave any kind of residue since this would only attract more dirt and defeat the whole purpose of getting the carpets cleaned!
The ZeroRez representative, Livingston, was professional and knowledgeable. My dining room was very dirty due to a 1 year old grandson who likes to throw his food. The technician David was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable of the products, hopefully all your technicans are as good as he is, and in the future we plan to ask for David Valencia. We were amazed at how clean an old carpet could become. We have used several different companies in the past including dry carpet and will only continue to use Zerorez.
Efficient, prompt, friendly and the cleaning was outstanding. My carpet looks new again and it is 10 years old. I was amazed at the immediate difference while the cleaning was happening. This is the first time I used Zerorez, so I am anxious to see whether or not your claim to no residue will prove itself in a couple of weeks Generally carpets look good right away and then in a few weeks they don't.
We have had you clean carpets twice. The first time was great. This time, in areas where there were spots,the carpet is not soft and there is some sort of residue on the carpet. I need to vacuum to see if it helps, but it doesn't seem like it was done properly. The area of high traffic didn't "spruce up" as much as I would have liked. The carpet is only one year old.
