We just moved into our condo in August and the carpets were dirty then. Add a dog and it's really bad. David came out and cleaned the carpet and it looks brand new. He is fantastic, answered all of my questions and was the most polite and professional person I have ever had come to my house.

Your employee, Dana, called in advance to let me know he would be here in about 45 minutes, and he was about 5 minutes early. He was polite and got right down to business. When Dana was finished, the carpets looked great, I was very pleased with the results. Dana was a hard worker and very pleasant. He explained that there were a couple of small areas that he had to give extra attention to and did the best he could with them. They looked fine to me.

Products are clean and chemical-free. The results are spectacular. I have a 30-year-old carpet that can easily go for another 10 years because of its revitalization resulting from using Zerorez. Scheduling is easy and professionally arranged. The service technician (Livingston) is great!
