Air ducts and carpet came out very nice. I have used Zerorez before and was equally happy.
I have used your service 3 times and like the no residue effect on my carpet. The young man who did the work, Josh Kieck was well mannered and clean cut. I would have liked for him to have done a better job on the extraction. He wet the carpet and Im sure washed some of the dirt in to the mat, and as a result the carpet was not as clean as the previous 2 cleanings. I've had my carpets cleaned quarterly since 1996 and am experienced enough to know good work.I will continue to use your service but would ask that you dont try to "up sell" me on add'l services. I love that Zerorez uses all green products so it's safe for my baby. The technician was also very polite, respectful and did a wonderful job.
It was fast and clean
There was a bit of a stain left after cleaning. We put that in our "feedback" and we got a quick call asking if they could come back and fix it. ZeroRez scheduled another appointment and did a beautiful job! I love that they made sure that we were more than satisfied with their services. Thank you!
The technicians that came to our house were wonderful, they knew just what they were doing , did it quickly and left our air ducts and carpet as clean as could be!! Love the result!

Chemical free spotless carpet for a longer time No residue left on carpet
The cleaning was nothing short of miraculous! My couch looks brand new and my grout is stark white after years of it being grey. The best part was that Luis was the one of the nicest and most professional people we've ever had to the house to do any work. Overall impressive experience.

Zerorez did an amazing job on our carpet and grout. We didn't even know the entryway grout was actually WHITE before. Heavily traffic and pet stained carpets are now clean with no smell. I'll use Zerorez EVERY TIME.
