Both, the lady that set up the appointment, and, the tech,lied about the drying time. The lady said 4 to 6 hours. And Eddie said 2 to 4 hours. We left with 7 fans on, and returned home 6 1/2 hours later, and the carpet was still wet, not damp, but wet. We couldn't put the furniture back in order, nor walk on it, so this disappointment caused frustration, anger, and we had to try and watch tv from the dining room. My wife went to ged at nine, and carpet was still wet. I retired at midnight, and it was still damp. We feel we were lied to by two representatives of your company. And the grief caused by your team's lack of knowledge was inexcusable. Therefore, in the case of recommending Zerorez, is ZERO. We seemed satisfied after the work was completed, even gave Eddie a tip. But we are 100% dissatisfied.

The salesman was extremely pushy, I've never experienced such an unrelenting sales pitch. I almost gave up on the whole thing, I probably should have just told him to leave because I had no intention of spending so much. I would have been happier with lesser service. I regret it now. I feel swindled. It seemed that he refused to begin until I upgraded. The carpets are beautiful, he did a good job, which is why I gave it a 5. IF someone has a VERY strong personality and can go up against extreme insistence, then they should use this service.

Well it's hard to say as I am just glad that you guys showed up quickly and removed the TurdArmageddon that my poor sick dog unleashed in my house! The fact that all the stains and smell are gone are reason enough to call you back when we leave this place in June!
Product is environmentally friendly. The rug dried up quickly. The agent who came to clean was very knowledgeable about all aspects of carpet cleaning. He was not pushy when explaining why a product should be done to the carpet (protection, etc) He also helped move around items that were on the rug. Agent was extremely polite and courteous.
