Two days after cleaning, there is no problem with this service. Carpets cleaned and refreshed.
Leland did not do a rush job. He was thorough and careful. He was polite and answered all our questions and was eager to please us and give us a fair deal. It was a pleasure to work with him and our floors and carpets look great! This is our third experience with Zerorez and we have always been pleased, but this was the best time! A relative in the Dallas area recommended Zerorez to us a few years ago, so you are well-known and liked in other areas of the country, too. Thank you.

Not have carpet cleaners pretend like they're giving me a deal. Our guy said we paid $1,000 last time but he's so it for $600. We paid $450.
Don't push the tile cleaning when you finish with the carpets.

Professional, prompt service. Zac was a hard worker, very professional and made our 16 year old carpet and tile look amazing.
Professional manner of technician. The only thing I didn't like was that my initial offer was $89 but after he came and added all the precleaning he said it needed, my bill was $232. Not happy about that. I told him every carpet cleaning company ALWAYS seems to do this, just to get in the door.
The price you quote on a house you've already done in the past should not magically go up when the technician gets to the house. Let me be clear the technician did an excellent job after we got through the pricing issue and had he not been accommodating I would have asked him to leave and never used Zerorez again. Actually, I will probably not use Zerorez going forward due to your overpriced magic water and the price quote changing on a house that is already in your system. There should have been no confusion on the size of my house and the amount of stairs to be cleaned. Also, the previous technician that cleaned my carpets used my water to fill his tank without even asking. I wouldn't care one bit if the technician asked first. Once again, the technician that cleaned my house this time did an excellent job and my dissatisfaction is with Zerorez, their pricing, and the up-sell try that is probably SOP, and not the technician that was sent to my house on 4/13.

No residue after carpet cleaning
The technician did a great job cleaning our furniture. My only concern was that awhile after he was gone, I noticed a considerable about of white residue on the hardwood floors around each piece of furniture that was only removed with a wet towel. We are happy with the cleanliness of the chairs though.
