Tried to upsell....and upsell and upsell basic cleaning...according to the person who showed up doesn't really clean...one has to use the "scrubbers" to achieve that at 35 per room

I love you Zerorez!! You guys are miracle workers..Our new puppy left her mark everywhere and our carpets look like new again I can't believe it! Besides puppy we had so much traffic dirt and other stains. I am so impressed I highly recommend you to everyone and I have! Your service man was so informative and helped me with future stains and how to remove them quickly. The black light was amazing he showed me stains that I wasn't aware off. Zerorez has the latest technology in carpet cleaning. Thank you...I love my carpets again!! Vicki Cluck

They did clean carpet quite good. But it did not dry up in 4 hrs as they mentioned. I fact it took a whole day at some places like stairs and living room where there was no fan. Overall nice job!
On time. Efficient. Our tech Ryan mentioned services that he thought we could use, but was not pushy or give pressure to buy the extra services. Carpet looks great and the grout in my tile is cleaner than it has been in 20 years! Couldnt be happier :)
