They really work well (products,the way the men do their work, and the great personalities of the men that cleaned the rugs in my house)
After the tech left, there were a bunch of white spots on the tile where cleaner or whatever dried up and we had to scrub to get those out
Clean 20 years of biologics, dirt, and who knows what else. Can hold off on replacing carpets for a while.
The agent was no nonsense and very professional. He was efficient and explained everything.
The technicians are very friendly and professional. The cleaning is great and always smells fresh even with my two dogs. I was not happy with the results this time and a technician came out the next day and repeated my service free of charge. I was impressed!!
How great my carpets looked afterwards and that I didn't have a backache from doing it myself.
The technician failed to provide the 30 minute notification as promised. The main office also dropped the ball and did not return my call after asking for an update on the technician's schedule.

You came back out and we were told you couldn't do anything about not completing the carpet or the tile floors as expected. We are contacting another carpet cleaner to finish the job.

My carpet was still dirty the next day, to boot it took over 10 hours to dry. Paid 70 for stain treatment. Not one spot came clean. 170 dollars wasted in my eyes. From engine off to pulling out of my driveway he was only here 40 minutes for 3 rooms. Seems like more of a rush job.
No residue and no scary chemicals. Very friendly service provider, and I was just as pleased as I expected to be.
