You sold my wife a pet treatment based on a blacklight scan of the carpet for $125 and when all was said and done not a thing changed when the blacklight was used again after the job was done.Seems like a scare tactic to sell an overpriced service on top of that even after two tries at the carpet the results were no different than any other carpet cleaner I have ever used for far less. Your people were very courteous and tried to make me happy but I really feel scammed on the pet treatment and while my carpets are clean they do not seem any better than any other results I have gotten for far less. Maybe they will stay cleaner longer time will tell but the initial impression does not leave me feeling like they extra money is worth it.

Zerorez is platinum rated by the CRI and we are IICRC certified with a Master Cleaning Technician on staff. There are few, if any, other companies in Las Vegas that have the know how and understanding for cleaning carpets like we do.
As for the blacklight, we use it to quickly highlight problem areas where there may be biological issues. Not using the blacklight can make it hard to address problems and find the source of the issue. If we don't address biological issues properly it can create bigger problems for your carpet, those living in the home, and for us. Sometimes we even get blamed for not finding the problems. In your case we found some issues, addressed them with your wife, and then gave her an option on what she would prefer us to do. We do this all up-front prior to starting any work and even give you the option for us to leave with no charge or obligation.
We do our best to help serve all of our customers and make everything as clear and understandable as possible. We even guarantee our services and return when there are problems - like you mentioned. As far as others being cheaper, that may be the case. I know I wouldn't trust any of the discount carpet cleaners in my personal home.

Well I was not very pleased with the cleaning of my area rug. The upstairs carpet looks
great as usual. But my living room rug, looks dirty still. A little disappointing its just
a area rug, should be able to get clean.....they are no spots or stains on it. Just looks
lifeless, I was expecting more for what we paid.
Zerorez does a good job and it lasts longer due to lack of chemicals that attract dirt.

From start to finish, the Zerorez technician/serviceman was professional, polite, answered all my questions, addressed any and all concerns. He did a fantastic job, was neat, clean and very attentive to detail and handling our furniture and household items with care to make sure nothing got damaged during the process of thoroughly cleaning our carpeting and tiled floors. He did an excellent job. He is trustworthy which is important in today's world. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Benjamin Monro.
The first thing I heard was an upsell -- at more than double the original price. So that meant, without the "deep cleaning," my carpets would only get somewhat clean. I really hate the upsell and what it implies. Also, although I appreciated the free floor tile cleaning of 100 sq. ft., it left a blanket of wet residue from the wax that was removed (which I didn't notice until the cleaner had left). He did explain that the wax might make it difficult to adequately clean the floor, but he didn't mention what the end result might be. It took me over two hours to scrub off the residue. The carpet did look good when finished, although not as clean once it had dried.

I love how clean my carpets are following the cleaning. Our carpet is old and we are renters with pets so we have Zerorez come clean it about twice a year with amazing results. I recommend you give them a try!

I like your philosophy of leaving behind little to no cleaning residue. The crew came out to help us at the last minute and were able to accommodate our needs. We were in the midst of floor tiling and painting other areas and they were able to work around those issues to get their job done. That is professionalism.

Great service and friendly staff. The guys that cleaned our carpet were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable about this product.
David was very polite, and explained everything as he was going through each phase. David also talked to me about the issues with my carpet, and the best method for cleaning it without making me feel like he was in a rush to get out of there. Great service, and I'm very happy with the results.
