They were on time and efficient

Andrew was very personable....the rugs are ok. I spoke to the office and told her we were not happy with the tile as we have been cleaning white residue all day......we paid $600....for tile cleaning....not worth it. my husband has tried to remove it with
vinegar all day and it returns when it dries...what do you recommend. The $600 was overcharged and definitely not worth it....we were quoted by one of your agents a few years ago it would be under $300...the Fowlers

Helpful worker quality job
Be more up front with prices. You give the price to come clean 3 rooms for so much money and then when you arrive it's well if we do the best job and use our scrubbing machine its this much more. You need to give the price for your best job......and why should you offer less than your best!!

I like the process of cleaning without all the soap going on my carpet. Every tech we have had as been great.
Really easy to call and set up an appointment. Victor called when he left his last job and let me know he was on the way and how long it would be, which was great. When he got here he did a really good job at cleaning the carpets. He was very polite and informative. He even showed us a test spot on our tile floors to see if we wanted that done also. It turned out great. Made another appointment to get all the tiles done as well.
My carpets look a whole lot better than when they were cleaned by my last company.
Your tech did a great job
After the carpets were cleaned I was not satisfied but because I was not satisfied the company sent someone back at for no charge to clean the carpet again thistle time around was much cleaner looking and I'm happier with the results
Josh was fast efficient and friendly. He did a great job on my bedroom carpet and living room rug. Very satisfied with services provided. I may have Zerorez clean my Tile as well.
Did not remove large coffe stain in living room. Redo where stain is. Stain was black coffee which had only cold water applied. Did no notice stain was still there until the next day when we were putting the furniture back in place.
