The appointment process was very easy. The cleaning process was quick, thorough, and professional. No sticky residue left behind, just soft, clean carpet. Would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone!
Really cleaned the carpet...
BRIAN WAS A DELIGHT TO HAVE CLEAN OUR CARPET. I FELT HE WAS HONEST AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. I WILL BE HAVING MY TILE CLEANED IN A FEW WEEKS AND WILL BE REQUESTING BRIAN.

First let me start out by saying David our tech was amazing. Very personable, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. I didn't feel pressured in any way, he did a really good job. The only reason I would hesitate about recommending Zerorez is because I feel the carpet isn't as clean as I was hoping. Maybe it's because the carpet is white and my expectations were too high, but I think a traditional shampoo extraction would have had a better result. I really wanted to try the no residue option first.

The guys were professional and got the job done.
I've used other carpet cleaners, however Zerorez uses a lot less water. The hot extraction cleans the carpet with no residue left behind only bringing up the dirt and grime and leaving a soft to the toes clean carpet. Kenny did a great job! Good Luck and continued success.

I was told by the office that included with my carpet cleaning would be a sampling of your tile cleaning as well. Only one man was sent and he told me he was not trained to clean tile, just carpeting. However, Brian did a good job with the carpet cleaning.
No chemicals
The staff was. Incredibly thorough on addressing problem areas in my home. Enough so that I added another room to clean before he left. Very impressed with the quality of service and staff. - Very satisfied in Summerlin.

Let us know about other services available that we might be able to use but did not aggressively push us to buy which is something we hate and will stop doing business with companies who aggressively sell services.

The customer service was fantastic, there are no chemicals involved, the service was quick, the gentleman Andrew who performed the service was incredibly nice, and we are still very satisfied with how it looks and it's been a week since!
