The technicians were very professional and they worked hard in getting the carpets as clean as possible. I used them on a rental house were the carpets were bad. It looked almost brand new after. Worth every penny! I am going to use the on home also. Best carpet service ever.

Your workers upsold to my representative, based on pet urine disclosures via black light, and while this wasn't totally wrong, it was unexpected. But what was more disappointing, was the tracks left on our pergo floors from the workers after cleaning the carpets. Not cool.

Be sure to clean up water left on floors. My wood was slightly damaged from water and cleaners left behind from the hoses going through the house. Otherwise I am very happy with my carpets and the quality of cleaning them. Thnx so much!!

We had a bad experience with our carpet cleaning and when we contacted the company by email to discuss it we received no response to our concerns. The whole experience before during and after has been a disappointment.

Scheduling was efficient, tech(?) called 30 minutes ahead, showed up on time and completed the job within the 3-hour window I had been provided (3:00-6:00; he was there before 5:00 and done by 6:00). I have off-white/eggshell-colored carpet that had pretty severe high-traffic marks through the living room, up the stairs and into my loft. I have had it cleaned previously by chem-dry services, never got rid of the traffic marks and didn't expect to this time, thought I was just buying time before replacing. The Zerorez cleaning made all look almost new(!). I will never use another service.
Was doubtful on what I was being told about how the project would turn out, I take back everything that went through my mind, if there was a scale I would give Zerorez a 500, no joke we were very, very impressed!
