Your guy was on time and actually came at the beginning of my block of time. He explained what we needed to have done and my carpet looks much better. My family room carpet that was worn and matted down by my couch looks really good now. I could have never done that cleaning it myself. It was nice to know where my dog had peed (can't see on my color carpet) and to have those areas treated.
I wish now that I would have called you years earlier.
Friendly technician, good results from service performed
I know a lot of people use and like Zerorez, but every time we use it here at work we end up with white footprints or marks. So I always have to call them back.

Yes it standard 1 year and half old carpet. Brand new home with one owner is.

Very sad and feel bad I wasted my hard earned money for really no big difference at all. Stanley or Carowt Monkey offered less and specials and they always smell clean after it dries. Just sad.
