THE RUG LOOKED GREAT WHEN YOUR MEN FINISHED THE JOB BUT WITHIN ABOUT 5 HOURS 50% OF THE DARK SPOTS STARTED TO RETURNED. THIS WAS EVEN AFTER I PAID EXTRA FOR THE ADDITIONAL BRUSHPRO PROCEDURE THAT I WAS TOLD SHOULD ALLEVIATE THIS PROBLEM.
the results was very nice and the fact there isn't much of any chemicals being used

I wish I could remember the name of the service technician who was at our house, but he was so polite, efficient, and, as cheesy as it sounds, I felt like he really cared about making my house as nice as it could be. He did not try to pressure me into additional products and did such a thorough job of cleaning. Typically after having my carpets cleaned, they return to looking dingy after a week. They still look fantastic! I will be back again!

They use only water except where there are severe spots. I had 3 such spots and they're totally gone and my carpet feels good to my bare feet.

Where the carpet meets the tile was not cleaned up. The technician should of wiped up the cleaning solution that got on the tile. I should not have to wait for my carpet to dry then have to clean my tile next to the carpet, frustrating.

Quick and efficient. My allergies were noticeably better right away and the house smelled better. Andrew was professional and courteous.
My complaint is an $8 fuel surcharge. That is not acceptable and will keep me from using or recommending you. I live TWO BLOCKS from the office. I understand the need for fuel surcharges when the price of fuel has jumped dramatically. Fuel costs are currently low and there should be no fuel surcharge for anybody, let alone a customer who literally cost you $0.25 in fuel.
We were very happy with Rob, a fine young man, as I told Tori yesterday when I called in. We love the empowered water system that clean the carpeting looking brand new and dries quickly.
My steps could have gotten cleaner and they didn't do the 100 square feet of grout like they were supposed to.
I lost my security deposit and received this feedback: The carpet smelled of animal urine and was very dirty. It would not appear that anyone had cleaned it after move out. If you did hire this company, I would definitely check and make sure that they went to the unit, because to our knowledge it was not clean.
