I liked the technician, and I liked the service, except that there was a film on the smooth tile that I had to remove with a damp mop. My tiles look great otherwise, and the grout looks very good, too.
Ryan confirmed requested services. Also mentioned the previous service was done very well and his service was going to be easy because of it. I only use Zerorez. They have always done a great job for me.

Carpets look fantastic and the free 100 sq ft of free tile cleaning was so nice of you and smart. We have travertine and it came out so bright and clean, we had him do the kitchen and entryway. We couldn't be more pleased. It has never looked this good!! It's been 24 hours and so far the spots that came off the carpet haven't come back, like they always did with the other major carpet cleaning service we always used. Keeping fingers crossed that this zero residue will be the key to that NOT happening. Will keep ya posted but I'm we're happy with the superior cleaning that was done. Rob was a delight, helpful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Thank you.

The young man who cleaned. He was on time, polite and suggested other things that we needed and I hadn't thought of. He was thorough and patient in being sure everything was very clean.

Your product works. Robert was very nice and informative about the product. He did a great job.
They did an excellent job. However, in order for me to return my house to a more secure condition. I needed to use my wet dry vac to suck up the wet residue so that I could place my stuff back on my carpet.
I paid the extra for the protectant for my carpet; my carpet is now not soft and it was before. I had a chair cleaned...you literally cannot tell at all. This was the most expensive company I've used, but I had heard great things. Unfortunately for me, I did not receive the best.
Cleaning is so fast, it seems like you don't get your money's worth.

I thought the price for the cleaning of my tile was a little on the high side. It was not a huge area. Your men always do a good job of cleaning my carpeting considering it is pretty old. I have been using you for a long time. I love your product and have only called you back once. I have recommended you to my friends.

I like that you use earth friendly products. Your technician knows his business, was very polite, friendly and fast. He did an excellent job which also means you use a good product that helps to accomplish the task of cleaning tile and concrete as well as being earth friendly.
