The tec is always so nice and willing to do all I ask. The results of both the carpet and tile cleaning is magical! I have been using Zerorez for 10 years now. The tec made my 16 year old tile and grout like new.

THE RUG LOOKED GREAT WHEN YOUR MEN FINISHED THE JOB BUT WITHIN ABOUT 5 HOURS 50% OF THE DARK SPOTS STARTED TO RETURNED. THIS WAS EVEN AFTER I PAID EXTRA FOR THE ADDITIONAL BRUSHPRO PROCEDURE THAT I WAS TOLD SHOULD ALLEVIATE THIS PROBLEM.

Initial quote over the phone was $150 cheaper than actual cost. I think this could be tightened up a little. Nobody likes to pay out more than what they expected, especially not that much more.
