They Always do a good job on the carpets
Service was prompt, on time and quick. Attendant was amiable and knowledgeable. Carpet cleaned better than anyone else had done over the past eight years, and when finished the carpet was barely damp. Was totally dry in about 6 hours instead of the normal 48 hours as with other cleaning services. There was no latent odors or fumes.
we had an appt at 9 am and when I cam home at 630pm the carpets in some rooms still felt very damp. and the over all feel of my carpets were flat, hard piled down and stuff. my carpet was very soft and lush before the service.
workers were explained the process and were very quick in doing tyhe job. they also were neat and clean when they finished the job .good company reps.
The cleaning process left absolutely no smell, chemical or otherwise, and it did the job. Rob was knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. He was friendly but businesslike. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
They're always reliable & do a thorough job. Our carpets always look like new upon completion.
This is only based on last use. I've used u several times prior. This time carpet came out like it was rubbed raw and tile tout I paid for left dirty in kitchen ?? What the heck. Disappointed. Liked the tech personally and paid and tipped him well before leaving him to finish job. Next day came back and was surprised hoscit looked ? Not sure what happened. ??? Huh ?
My carpet looks clean and stays that way for a while. After the tech is down it has a fresh scent

We had some pretty dirty carpet in our apartment from foot traffic and pet soiling. Zerorez got it all out and it looks exactly how it did when we moved in a couple years back! It didn't take too much time, plus I felt comfortable knowing they don't use harsh cleaners and chemicals. A+ from me.
