Great customer service. The technician that came to my house was very polite and very knowledgable in the products. He explained everything and didnt do anything that was not asked for. My carpets look and smell great. I will be using them again and recommending to friends and family.

I paid extra for pet treatment in 2 rooms , and it did nothing for the odor and n the carpet.
I really liked how soft my carpets were afterwards. I had my tile cleaned and sealed along with my carpets in my whole house. He did a great thorough job and they lookef nee again.

I originally was very pleased with the service... I went onto yelp and gave Zerorez a 5 star review. But last night (once my carpet was dry) I noticed my carpet still looked very dirty, and both my husband and I were very disappointed because our carpet didn't even look like it had been cleaned. To begin with, our carpets didn't even look that dirty- we never wear shoes, or have food or drinks on our carpet. The service was great and the technician was on time- but as far as our carpets looking clean, which was the main goal... we weren't satisfied.

Please make sure you tell your first time customers that dirty or stained carpets need pre-treatment in order to obtain that clean new carpet look!!
When I called to make my appointment, this was not explained to me so my husband and I expected a clean new carpet look since that's what we saw on your website. And I actually called 3x to move my appointment up and all 3 people I spoke with didn't tell me about the pre-treatment. I had my Mom watched our house because my husband and I went to work. When the technician came to our house, he didn't inform my Mom re the pre-treatment either. So when I got home, I noticed my daughter's room's carpet is still looking the same..stained. You can see the spot where her furnitures used to be and where is the heavy traffic area at. We can clearly see it because we emptied her room out.
The following day, my husband called & spoke to a manager asking for my daughter's bedroom to be rectified only to be told that dirty/stained carpet need pre-treatment first. My husband explained that we were not aware of it since it wasn't explained to me when I called. We are actually willing to pay extra because we want our daughter's carpet to be cleaned and to look brand new again!!! We are actually throwing a surprise for her 15th birthday by redoing her bedroom and she had no idea about it. Disappointed with how her carpet looks, we have to keep going with the surprise because we are crunching for time.
My husband and I were extremely displeased that nothing was done to make us a happy customer. The manager could have offered to get it done the same day since there was a misunderstanding!!!
Out of all carpet cleaners we chose Zerorez over the competitors!!! Now, we don't know if we made the right choice.
