Brought carpets and tile back to new status! Ryan and Tony were professional and respectful. They were very knowledgeable when explaining the Zerorez process and difference! I'd welcome them back to my home and have sung the praises of Zerorez to my neighbors! Great job!!!!
I don't know how well my carpet stains will stay away, but your pricing is extremely expensive. My carpets were also SOAKED! I've had many companies clean my carpets, and none have left them as wet as zerorez. A few stains were missed and I don't see a huge difference from any other time I've been serviced for carpet cleaning. I think the price point is huge for me. I'm used to spending $150-$200. Zerorez tries to "car dealership" you with pricing and hidden fees etc. I spent $330 for less than 1,000 square feet. Not worth the price.

I prefer the technology you have which does not put chemicals or soap in your cleaning process!

Ryan and Tony did a great job! Moreover, I was very pleased to learn about cleaning the stairs. My dingy stair steps were bothering me for so long and had Ryan not mentioned about it I would not have known that it could be cleaned and see the results instantly. Excellent I must say!

It's reasonably priced and dries very quickly and they're always nice and pleasant. I must say Josh was very helpful, friendly, nice and did a good job.

Just be a little fairer on what you define as "a room". We bought your three "room" special which to us should've included the short carpeted hallway attached to our dining room, but had to pay extra for it as an entire room. Aside from that, your tech appeared to do a good conscientious job and we are overall satisfied, altho the real test will be to see how it still looks a week or two from now.

The Tech was very friendly and went straight to work.
Even though he sprayed the carpet with some sort of solution he immediately began vacuuming. I feel there was not enough time for this solution to do it's job.
There are areas that were very dirty and did not get completely clean. No attempt was made to scrub these areas before vacuuming.
Otherwise the carpet looks clean. Only time will tell if the carpet does not get dirty quickly.
Used Stanley steamer for years, tried your Service for the first time about two years ago. Worked well on my old carpet. Really keeps new carpet
