Service was excellent, Rob was very professional and friendly
GREAT service, the results were perfect and it didn't take very long. Price is the only problem. $600+ for downstairs tile and 14 stairs seemed a bit much.
I was told about 2 stains, after the cleaning. I would have like to had
more treatment to those area's seemed barely effected by the cleaning. I
had to attempt to clean those spots myself. Was over all disappointed
in the overall cleaning.

My person (sorry that I forgot his name) that did the cleaning told me before he started what the process was how he was going to clean the carpet. Told me about different specials that he could offer and how long it was going to take to dry. And gave me a great tip to use in case of any spills. Have told my family and friends about Zerores Las Vegas. Thanks for the great looking carpet that we have now.
We have been happy customers for many years. They are prompt, nice and professional. Our carpets and tile floors look almost brand new and they are 15 years old with two teenage boys and a big dog that is saying alot!!!! We could not be happier with this company and their method of carpet cleaning.
Great service & friendly staff. The representative that came to our home was respectful & very helpful. Although, for the price, the process didn't revive the carpet as we were expecting, but overall acceptable.
Technition, David, arrived on time and finished on time. Carpets look brand new. Price was very reasonable and in line with estimate. Have already recommended ZEROREZ to several friends.

The guys that were sent to my home the second time were very friendly and professional My only wish is that the carpet looked like it had been cleaned. The carpet is still not listed in the walkways which is very odd. I've never had that happen before.

Excellent service from start to finish!
We are pleased in the fact that the carpets not only came out very clean but it made our carpets virtually like new again. Pleased that all the really bad "traffic" areas came clean with no stains remaining. Very happy with the services, Eddy was very nice and did an excellent job, he was very informative regarding the technic that is used in cleaning the carpets. We had a large area rug that is about 25 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. He took the area rug back to his office where it will be thoroughly bathed... I'm excited to see how it turns out!! Thanks Zerorez for a great experience.

Representative immediately tried to upsell me. Finish product was unsatisfactory even in low traffic areas. Complete disappointment. I will not allow zerorez back to my home, I rented a carpet cleaner and will finish the job myself. The $132.00 I paid to zerorez for me is a learning experience and a reminder not to call zerorez back for anything. Thank you but no thank you. Keep the money,find another sucker. I will not recommend zerorez.

Friendly employees who confirmed befor arriving and also called ahead of time to let me know where I was in the time window. Victor did a great job on the carpets. I definitely will continue to call Zerorez to clean my floors.
