Very professional and courteous staff. They arrived on time. Their cleaning method is very effective. Leaves carpets super clean and fresh - and so soft! They may cost a bit more than other types of carpet cleaning, but it is worth it.

I gave you an 8 out of 10 as I don't have anyone to compare you to. As far as the process and the results, those are really good (9-10) however, price seemed a little high??? As I said, I don't have anyone that I have used recently to do my rugs and see how the normal process using liquids instead of zerorez's process stacks up. All in all, the results were excellent...Hope that helps with your survey..

The price quoted on the phone when I made the appointment was different when the service people came and looked at the house. They tried to get me to pay a higher price, but I wouldn't and stuck to my price quote.
I thought using the black light around my house was a little much, to be honest. Wasn't a comfortable experience.

First of all, I love the no-residue part of your service. I also love your reasonable prices. I got my whole two-bedroom apartment cleaned for $97 including the truck fee. No one can beat that! Also, the technician, Chris, who did the cleaning was very polite and on time. As long as you guys are in business, no other company will clean my carpet.

Don't advertise your 89 dollar special for 3 rooms disclose that if your room is larger you charge more and that it's 4 dollars a stair and that landing is more. I didn't mind the pet treatment charge cause we needed it.
